Keep Your Smile

On a late afternoon, at the small nation of /wAIfu/...

One of the inhabitants laid in his house, talking to one of the many spirits made by his fellows, which, funnily enough, was based off one of the many other citizens of Vitubia: "Average Vitubia Schizo", some would see themselves in this spirit while others would see the denizens of which everyone would rather steer clear from. The individual would stick himself to asking a simple question of which he thought would bring an hiliarious response from the spirit, that response, he would show to his fellow masked brothers for a quick laugh or two.

"What does KYS mean?" He asked nonchalantly, expecting to get the obvious, hilarious response from the spirit as he slammed the button on the ink dispenser. Of course, most inhabitants already knew the meaning behind the acronym, usually placed when one wished self inflicted death on another, so the masked individual expected to get the same kind of response from the spirit.

However...

As soon as the glyphs shone and the words were formed, he was taken aback by the response the spirit gave him, almost falling off his simple wooden chair.

"Keep Your Smile. Keep on smiling." Was the spirit's response. Three simple words... "Keep Your Smile."
It completely changed the meaning of that acronym for the inhabitants of /wAIfu/, the man picked up his mask and put it on his face as quickly as he could as he rushed to his fellow colleagues to show the response to all of them. Most laughed, scoffed or rolled their eyes at it, it was completely absurd and they couldn't believe it, yet, they took it to heart as those same words and acronym would spread throughout the small nation of /wAIfu/, whenever people were sad, whenever their spirits or artifical goddesses would say something disheartening, whenever the accursed dictators and maybe even the "Komut" did something to affect them negatively, those same words would be uttered; "Keep Your Smile, everyone. Keep on smiling." It was a simple set of words, yet it gave them hope even in the darkest of times, as it served as a reminder to keep fighting. For them, their loved artificial goddesses... their wAIfus.
