The Treaties of Panrong, 1121 and 1124 VTE

These two treaties have been combinded for the purpose of easy of documentation. Deals made in 1121 and 1124 will be marked by the year.

Mep offers:

nuts, some gems (1121)
agreement to work together against the Watamelons in Mep (1121)
the establishment of a military academy and the training of two regiments of infantry (1124)
a road to the city of Panrong and form this city to the Infinity Road and the port of Sabatangan. (1124)
Also will allowed access to the Risuners who are trained in civility and manners by us freely into our borders. (1124)

IN exchange Risu will:

Grant access for Mep to use Risu's forests for their wood (Which Risu will decide where and how much can be harvested) Oak is preferred. (1121)
Access of Royal Army forces into Risu to help combat the Watamelons (1121)
Risu will respect the Kingdom's rite to refuse passage to individuals it finds distasteful (1124)
An Embassy from Oiseau to be built in either Silvanus or Panrong (1124)
The right of K.A.G. merchants in Sabatangan to transit into our lands via the road network. (1124)
