Weekend Anime Generation with Forge - Quick Start Guide 🎨

What This Setup Can Do

✅ Supported: SDXL, txt2img, img2img, inpaint, hiresfix, adetailer, loras
❌ Not Supported: Qwen, Flux, Chroma, WAN

Note: Yes, Forge is outdated, but it still works great for SDXL anime generation!

🚀 Installation (10 minutes)

Step 1: Download Forge

• Go to: https://github.com/lllyasviel/stable-diffusion-webui-forge
• Download: One-Click Package (CUDA 12.1 + Pytorch 2.3.1)

Step 2: First Run

1. Extract anywhere on your PC
2. Run run.bat
3. Wait for installation
4. Close browser and command window when done

Step 3: Add Models

Drop your files in these folders:

• Checkpoints: webui_forge_cu121_torch231\webui\models\Stable-diffusion\
• LoRAs: webui_forge_cu121_torch231\webui\models\Lora\
• Upscalers: webui_forge_cu121_torch231\webui\models\ESRGAN\
• ADetailer: webui_forge_cu121_torch231\webui\models\adetailer\

Step 4: Start Creating!

Run run.bat again → WebUI opens → Start generating!
