Attributes format (Clio version)
Attributes format is a form of format faggotry that works well on NovelAI models because it is actually common in the dataset. Clio's version is a bit different from the one used in previous models, but I won't bother going into the details. The important parts are that an entry begins with ----
, is followed by the name of the thing you are describing and then Type
(optional). After that follow a number of attributes with keywords. The Attributes
keyword is apparently very common and works well. You can finish the entry with some additional prose. Separate the attributes entries from your story with a ***
and ban ----
to keep the model from generating more of that.
Here's a short example scenario. Try switching out "wizard" for "sorcerer" and The Red should use the other spell. Sometimes the model gets it wrong, but the token probabilities show that it favors the correct option.
