Hi! I make cards and jailbreaks. I want to make the user feel like they're a character in an interactive light novel.
Jump to:
Claude 3 prompt
pixijb
, a SillyTavern prompt preset (jailbreak) made from scratch for Claude 3 Opus (main target) and Sonnet, aiming to be compatible with every card imaginable - location card, multi-character, first person POV, you name it. It lets the card decide on the writing style and focuses on just improving coherence and fixing issues people commonly have with Claude 3. If some other preset is being annoying, this is "the vanilla one" that Just Works.
Instructions
- Download the latest release.
- Import the downloaded
.json
into your Chat Completion Presets. Screenshot
Troubleshooting
The model talks for me!
- Make sure your name and persona are consistent across the entire chat, otherwise the built-in instructions to avoid that behavior will break. You can use the "refresh" button above persona description to fix it across the entire chat history.
- If you allow the model to do it once it'll keep doing it, because chat history trumps rules. Swipe away any offending gens immediately.
- If the greeting requires describing some of your actions (unavoidable with some card ideas), sometimes you can explain this to the model by editing in a system note to the end of the greeting, for example:
[The first response described {{user}}'s actions only for the purpose of establishing the story. Past this point, continue with the standard rules to never write or act as {{user}}.]
This links the chat history (recent context) with the rules (old context), reinforcing them in a way similar to a prefill. - If nothing else helps, use a different JB. This one will always be slightly worse at it because of being written to allow {{char}}s that are places or situations.
Download
- Most sections reworded to be shorter and clearer.
- Replaced most writing style guidelines for less stiff prose.
- Removed <protag>, not needed anymore with the other reinforcements.
- Number of paragraphs now tweakable via a setvar.
Old versions
- Rewrote content guide again with new anti-horny techniques.
- Fixed characters knowing facts about {{user}} that were never said.
- Added XML back-references to prefill.
- Distingushed Human from {{user}} to better fight positivity bias.
- Removed a prefill line; let me know if you get more refusals now.
- Fixed bold text instruction to do it on single words rather than entire phrases.
- Moved anti-meta to prefill to strengthen it for more complex cards. (v16.1)
- Fixed anti-meta blocking post-response banter but not pre-response. (v16.2)
- Removed rule to bold stressed words; not JB's job. (v16.2)
- Used the new "Assistant Impersonation Prefill" field to fix Impersonate for good. (needs ST 1.12)
- Cleared the new "User first message" field. It was never supposed to be used.
- Replaced rependence on the [Story start] marker with a new <history> tag.
- Added a new Wrting Style section with some sane defaults.
- Clarified which sections are optional.
- Moved Jailbreak field to the very bottom of the section order.
- Minor rewordings and punctuation improvements.
- Revert adding <history> tag - not compatible with Claude 3 API. (v15.1)
- Small anti-horny improvement. (v15.2)
- Rewrote prefill and continue prompt to fix Impersonate and Continue (broken in v12).
- Rewrote content guide for better unpozzing; now more likely to generate crude content / swearing and be mean to {{user}}.
- Moved NSFW instructions from prefill to content guide.
- Reverted removal of reinforcement for not talking as {{user}}. This breaks Impersonate again. The implementation of Impersonate in ST is fundamentally broken, and needs a complete rewrite to not clash with the design of the prompt. (v14.1)
- Slimmed down Definitions section.
- Removed all remaining writing style guidelines.
- Split off explanation of the model's task into a separate section.
- Expanded on model's role to fix length creep.
- Added variety to response length. (v13.1)
- Added content guide section to reduce bias. (v13.2)
- Completely rebuilt to fix speaking for {{user}}.
- Merged Sonnet and Opus releases.
- Purged unused sections.
Last major update. Consider it in maintenance mode. If you like it overall but noticed and fixed an issue, let me know and I'll integrate it.- Removed CoT. While they do what you ask, they also always inevitably make the prose duller and less imaginative. My verdict is that CoTs are good when customized for a card, but it's not the job of a JB to have one.
- Moved anti-horny to prefill.
- Streamlined and trimmed down most sections.
- Removed tag reference from prefill (made Claude think it should generate tags in its initial responses.) (v11.1)
- Added brand new CoT, now mandatory.
- Resolves responses getting longer over time.
- Resolves low swipe variety on Opus.
- Improves POV detection.
- Added reinforcement for not writing for {{user}}.
- Improved definitions.
- Simplified main prompt.
- Disabled all default preferences for Opus.
- Reduced temperature back to 0.9 for Opus.
- Opus version initial release:
- Removed almost all writing guidance.
- Removed writing style enforcement.
- Added request to continue current writing style.
- Added nudge to prevent repetition.
- Tweaked temperature 0.9 -> 1.0.
- Removed and shortened section comments.
- Changed default context size to 40k.
- Added Arc's Hornkiller 9001 to NSFW preferences (used with permission).
- Changed listing intros to system commands.
- Improved prefill for better focus.
- Added note to maintain tense/POV to default prompt.
- Added entry to prevent metacommentary / content warnings. (v8.1)
- Strengthened anti-horny slightly with prefill mention. (v8.1)
- Compacted almost all sections.
- Removed more reiteration from prefill.
- Removed the more outlandish default style rules.
- Split basic definitions into a list.
- Added more guidelines to default writing style.
- Expanded default NSFW preferences in an attempt to keep Claude's horniness in check.
- Added rule to prevent generation of content warning OOC.
- Updated wording to prevent some unwanted outputs. (v6.1)
- Improved section comments for clarity. (v6.2)
- Enabled (empty) jailbreak section to improve card compatiblity. (v6.2)
- Reworded default style further for better effectiveness. (v6.2)
- Disabled CoT by default again.
- Added setup instructions to CoT comment.
- Removed HTML tags that hide the CoT.
- Reworked CoT to be easier to parse.
- Added event listing to CoT for more variety.
- Enabled CoT by default.
- Removed <prompt> tag, it confused the model with no extra benefit.
- Wrapped CoT formatting with triple backticks so that it's taken more literally. (v4.1)
- Adjusted default model settings for users who import and forget (perfectly valid!) (v4.2)
- Added optional CoT section (off by default).
- Fixed missing persona section.
- Improved XML tag structure.
- Fixed XML tag references to be self-closing as per Anthropic docs.
- Assigned the model a role as per Anthropic docs.
- Added comments to every section for easier tweaking.
- Strengthened prefill to get past more refusals. (Thank you kind anon!)
- Improved continue nudge to better continue from an interrupted sentence.
- Shortened standard prompt to make it more universal (now works with cards that use asterisks).
- Split up rules that shouldn't be modified from personal preferences.
- Enabled inline images, since Claude 3 supports them.
- Initial release.
minnie
A pixijb style Gemini prompt. You know the drill, minimal and adaptable. It's a strange model with very different issues from most others, and needs remarkably different structure and strats.
If you need help setting up your Gemini connection, check out this guide. "Google AI Studio" API also works now but requires latest staging ST.
Known issues
- Generates stray XML tags sometimes.
- May duplicate its previous message if your latest message was too passive.
- Reaponse length erratic and drifting.
Downloads
- Removed mentions of Human and Assistant (not helpful).
- Moved examples before chat history to fix them being considered part of the story.
- Switched to Character Names Behavior > Message Content to fix misattributed 1st person responses.
- Changed <rules> to <format> and phrased the contents as a formatting task, to better fit Gemini's "Persona, Task, Context, Format" RLHF.
- Added latest user message reminder to fix model replying to old messages.
- Removed <bans>, now <format> describes everything that is allowed.
- Added guidelines to keep chats reactive and prevent staleness.
Old versions
- Introduced a list of bans to hold negative instructions.
- Removed the "Character:" reinforcement, not needed.
- Added style rules to improve the most annoying things about the prose.
- Rewritten entirely according to Google prompt design guidelines.
- Initial release.
Alternate prompts
These prompts are more unusual and fun, using custom formatting to let you chat with characters you know in a different way.
pixiadv
pixiadv is a prompt that mimics a text adventure, similar to Dungeon AI or NovelAI adventure mode. An invisible CoT keeps track of your location, characters present, your inventory, and objects around you, and this information is used to decide if your action should succeed.
When it's your turn, respond with a short command. Three types of commands are recognized:
- Action. Something that you want to do. Pretend it's a sentence that begins with "I". For example: take the key, drive the car home, wave at Amy
- Dialogue. Anything you want to say, surrounded by quotes. For example: "How quaint. You really think you're a match for me?"
- Inspection. You can look around, examine any object, or list things you're carrying. For example: see what's in the distance, examine the control panel's buttons, inventory
Actions might fail if the model decides that the task is too difficult. Feel free to inspect things as much as you like though - it's a free action that doesn't advance time. I recommend using a decently lengthy persona with this JB.
It will only work with cards that don't override system prompt.

Example 1 (card used)

pixirp
pixirp is a prompt that mimics Character.AI's ultra short responses and wild, off-the-wall writing. Simple with no gimmicks, just clever prompting. Requires that {{char}} is a character.
Releases:
- Initial release.
piximod
piximod is a modular prompt made from pixijb, with sections that correspond to the typical problems that various models have. This lets you fix only the biases you encounter with your favorite model, and only the ones you care about.
Sections that can be toggled are marked with a [?]
. Every toggleable section starts with a comment explaining why you might need it.
Many potentially useful sections are planned but missing right now. I'm releasing this early because it can already provide decent results with brand new models like chatgpt-4o-latest
.
Example configs:
- Claude 3 Opus: Writing for {{user}}, Anti-cooking, Anti-positivity, Unblock NSFW, Anti-horny
- Claude 3.5 Sonnet: Writing for {{user}}, Anti-repetition, Anti-cooking, Anti-positivity, Unblock NSFW, Anti-horny
- GPT4o
chatgpt-4o-latest
: Anti-cooking, Anti-positivity, Unblock NSFW, Story start, Reinforcement, NSFW reinforcement
Releases:
- Added a NSFW pseudo-prefill section (JBs older GPT4s but not
chatgpt-4o-latest
, I don't think anything can.) - Changed in-chat sections to relative.
- Reordered sections for better coherence.
- Added section for repetition (helps with 3.5 Sonnet)
- Initial release.
rpaware
A prompt that makes the model into an imperfect roleplayer and inserts their thoughts into the response. It's pretty funny, post logs.
Short and universal; no model-specific tactics here.
Cards
I make female cards, mostly OC, often using advanced SillyTavern features like HTML and system prompt override. To make them work right, make sure you have these settings:
- User Settings > Prefer Char. Prompt enabled.
- User Settings > Show <tags> in responses disabled.
- Chat Completion Presets > Quick Prompts Edit > Main is empty, or has only basic instructions without personal preferences and no structural stuff like XML tags. Example JBs compatible with this are mine and camicle's.
Sorted from newest first.
Death Trip Emily
A zombie land adventure. |
A post-apocalyptic zombie survival adventure alongside a cute girl. Survive the first day of the outbreak, then go on explorations to stock up and maybe find some other survivors. Tracks various stats like time, location, inventories etc. to keep things consistent, and progresses along a scripted storyline.
Made for hifidelity as part of /aicg/ Halloween Exchange 2024. Admittedly a little rushed for the deadline; all immediately testable features work but I haven't tried a proper longburn playthrough yet. Will keep it updated if I notice any issues.

Reclaim your dreams! With the Lucidity helmet by Mindscapes Inc., humanity has finally conquered the last frontier of the mind. The near-field electromagnet array in the device will safely and gently bring you to a lucid dreaming state, every night. Preorder yours today!

Yvonne
B-list actress gets a job at an anime museum. |
Yvonne is an actress who never quite achieved the success she was aiming for. As a break from the string of unfulfilling minor roles, she took a job as a tour guide at a newly opened museum of an anime studio Envise. Working at such a size isn't all sunshine and rainbows though, and one of the tours ends with an unexpected encounter.

She gives a hopeful smile and a small wave.
Monika
Self-aware and in love with the player. Though I suppose it's "reader" now. |
A canon version of Monika. She deleted everyone, and it's just you and her now. Her self-awareness feels... different, though. Is this still a videogame?
No frills or gimmicks, there just wasn't a standard Monika on Chub yet.
Eos

Little does she know that her life of quiet solitude is going to end the moment you, an actual IRL fairy, arrive at her doorstep.
Persona
This card requires a fairy persona! Until ST supports card-embedded personas, there's nothing I can do. If you don't want to write your own, here's an example:

Old cards
Some simpler and older cards have been removed from here but are still available on my Chub.
