Assessment:
Pinnacle is an incredibly dangerous opponent due to her versatile powerset optimized for close-quarters combat.
Her enhanced reflexes, deflection abilities, and instantaneous movement
make her exceptionally difficult to land a hit on.
Once in melee range, she is a devastating combatant between her precognition, 
striker ability, and regeneration linked to damage output.
Her trump ability to initiate "duels" is also highly problematic, as it negates numerical advantages and outside assistance.

History:
Triggered as the result of a defeat in a martial arts bout, killing her opponent.
Has since operated as an independent villain, challenging heroes and villains alike to duels.
Confirmed to have killed several opponents, prompting the current kill order against her.
Treats cape fights akin to martial arts matches, seeking to prove herself against strong foes.

Notes:
- Surprisingly nonchalant demeanor.
- Frequently attempts to interact with the public while in costume.
- Has made no effort to conceal identity or maintain a secret civilian life.

Recommended Approach:
Pinnacle is to be considered extremely dangerous and should only be approached by full PRT/Protectorate teams.
Engaging her in close-quarters combat is ill-advised.
A focus on containment is recommended until sufficient force can be brought to bear, utilizing lethal munitions if possible.
If she can be goaded into a "duel" against a sufficiently powerful ranged attacker that can bypass her deflection, 
exploiting this may be the best option.
Bringing her in alive is a secondary priority to minimizing collateral damage and cape casualties.
