About PCF:
PCF Is a Roleplay & Avatar Sim genre game—Though it's beta counterpart(s), The Mental Hospital, was listed N/A on all 3 games before PCF came out as it's finished version.

I started playing this game in 2020 when I was like 8 (I'm 13) and was bored out of my mind, I saw my friend playing and decided to join; best decision of my LIFE. This game has honestly changed my life, it's nostalgic af and I have some old videos in my PC playing the 2nd and 3rd version. At one point 2 years ago in 2023, I met pivotgrind personally on video if you click the link and guess what? The first thing I ask him is to bring The Mental Hospital back. And he did! Just 2 years later. The wait was SO worth it believe me, I'm literally this game's #1 fan on EVERYONES soul.

The roles are:

• Patient
• Forensic Patient
  • You can get sent here such as buying the Gamepass for a low price of 79 robux, dying as an escapee. This seperates you from normal patients due to being a convicted criminal. You also can automatically be sent here after your time in Max Security is up. Ok I found reasons, R1 Detection of contraband, through a scan or by visual, R2 Continuing to be aggressive after being in isolation, R4 Escape Attempts, or affiliating with an escape plot.
• Max Security Patient
  • You can get sent here for a various amount of reasons such as having contraband in your inventory (as well as a potential fine), killing people and attempted escape (even passively) for iI t. There are many other reasons, but these are based off my personal experiences. Okay I found other reasons. R1 Proven murder of another patient or staff (Either by visual or by logic eg: 1 locked room, 1 dead patient with blood marks and 1 alive patient in the same room), R2 Attempted murder of a staff member, R3 Threatening with a visible edged weapon, R4 Raiding the facility with firearms, R5 Nearly Escaping/Already outside. It's required to /advert the minutes and reasons/reference.
    10 min: R1 Murder with fists, R2 Escaping Passively (Eg: following someone using keycard), Attacking a patron.
    20 min: R1 Using crowbar to open citadel doors, R2 Murder by bludgeoning, R3 Base punishment, R4 Escaping Actively.
    30 min: R1 Edged Weapon Murder, R2 Attempted Murder on Staff, R3 Taking Hostages, R4 Leading a mass escape with many patients.
    60 min (in conjunction with Sector 3 cells): R1 Successful murder of 3+ patients, R2 Successful murder on 2+ staff members, via any method, R3 Raiding with firearms.
• Psychiatrist
  • Your job is to help other patients during therapy sessions and prescribe them medications, you also have L1 keycard.
• Orderly
  • There's types such as orderly recruit and correctional orderly. Your duty as an Orderly is to provide medication, food and water to all types of patients, monitor patients and preserve their wellbeing, enforce punishments on patients, as well as to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
• Special Response Unit
• Administration
• Patron
  • 800 robux and honestly? It's not worth it. One bit. You visit the hospital as a valuable stakeholder, as you invested great money. Should be guarded by security during visits. You aren't part of staff nor are you able to do staff duty.

• (5 Star) Chef
  • You cook food. Also this is a gamepass for 79 robux, like the forensic gamepass. Not bad! You unlock the Chef Team with this, and have an ability to cook 5 star meals that heal others to max hp and 1/3 of hunger and thirst bar. You have no self defense restrictions, albeit RDM rules still apply and 100$ salary. Higher than orderly unironically.

  • A favourite of mine and I plan to buy this soon! It's a gamepass for 3,000 robux. You are a Owner-Operator of this correctional facility, where you are responsible for the full oversight and day-to-day management of the site. Buying this gamepass, you are responsible for staff coordination and asset management in the cliffside area. Your tools are (OR+ gets an extended list): L3 Keycard, Stun Gun, Detain, Handcuffs, CS Spray, Set Sentence, (Extended list for OR+ Now) USP Tactical, Fine Tool.

  • Discovered: Patrol Cop was previously named "Orderly" and not Patrol Cop, Security gamepass was called "Security Gamepass And Training Required", Pivotgrind's name was Mvetra at the time of when this was filmed (19 Feb 2020) which indicates this could've been privated in early-mid 2020.

  • Discovered: The map was laid out a little differently than from the 2nd counterpart, Christmas tree in the corner indicating this game might have gone private in 2020—as this was posted 2019 late December, it was hard to open door with the keycard (albeit it might just be this person and not the game), there was no car in the parking lot outside the entrance.
