Patient 004. Name: Feels. Disorder: Chronic Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder. Treatment: Psychotropic Medicine, Weekly Therapy with Solitary Confinement if 004 acts out.

A young actor who used to work for the conglomerate SEGA. 004 had originally worked his way through the ranks of the company in order to secure a role for what would become a leading and top grossing movie franchise. His dream had always been to be successful and to leave a lasting legacy on the world around him. Entering the company, he did everything from janitorial work to set design to makeup design. All in order to be noticed to be given the opportunity to land an audition, which he did. During the production of the film however, a rivalry had begun between the patient and the actor for who would end up getting the lead role. While the latter would end up making good friends with those he met and have the charisma necessary to lead the film, the patient would always burn any bridges with people he met out of what seemed like compulsion. With that and the poor reception to his acting ability, he lost the role and was forced back to being behind the scenes, back to where he started.

At first the patient seemed to handle the loss well, slipping back into work like nothing had happened. Over time however, his co-workers noticed some changes in his appearance and behaviour. His bright blue fur was slowly being dyed to a darker shade, dropping the bowtie and white shoes and replaced them with red shoes. He'd also interrupt scenes as they were being filmed, at first just standing in the background but then attempting to act out the scene the leading actor was supposed to do. He was soon fired after being caught attempting to lace the actor's drink with rat poison. That was the end of that until a couple days later, the patient returned to the studio after mutilating himself. His ears had been cut down to match the actor's ears, his tails was cut off from the base of it and he had cut off parts of his face to match the facial structure of the one who took his part. He attempted the firebomb the place with a molotov cocktail before being tackled by security and sent to this asylum.

As of now the patient is currently housing two personalities, Feels and Sonic (the actor who had taken his role.) Sonic is the "face" personality, a brash and cocky individual who believes the asylum is merely another "Zone" to conquer with his best friend Tails (Patient 093). Whenever Sonic's perception of reality is questioned (i.e references to his life as Feels, any sequel to the first movie and the real Sonic.), his personality will switch to the "true" personality. In contrast to Sonic, Feels is a lot more aggressive and hard to talk to in the therapy sessions, ranting and screaming about his needs and desires to be remembered. When placed in solitary confinement, the reversion to the Sonic personality can take anywhere from a couples hours to a couple days. Audio recordings have been heard to include some muffled sobbing and wails belonging to the Feels personality. They tend to be mostly ineligible yet sometimes sentences such as "Please remember me." and "It's unfair." have been heard.
