emi yumeda is a playable character from persona 5. she is a first-year student attending omote academy, who becomes involved with both the phantom thieves, and akechi goro as the black mask. she goes by the name yumemi, and is the daughter of the siu director, rentaro yumeda.

growing up, the pressure of living with such an influential family caused yumemi to lose sight of her personality and true wants, with her instead acting on what others viewed would be most beneficial for her future. she approached the phantom thieves with mere curiosity on how they operate, and how to use their methods for her own gain, but ends up joining them, discovering her desire for real friends, and learning to ‘live in the moment’.

yumemi has magenta-colored hair, styled into two high pigtails that rest on her shoulders and blunt bangs with a gap on her right. she decorates her pigtails with two pink bows, with the ribbons hanging down. her eyes appear mauve, but with faint tones of pink in them, showing in her all-out-attack art. she is slightly short, being taller than futaba, but still a bit under the average height for girls her age.

she wears her school uniform mostly normal, but with a few modifications. instead of the standard blazer, she wears a pale pink cardigan, a few sizes too big as to be cuter, as well as light brown ankle boots with faux-fur pompoms attached, instead of typical school shoes.
