Akaito
"That's just stupid. Unify all the villages? Yeah, right. That's impossible. When he conquers them, they're so stubborn they'll just complain and protest until they're divided again. What a waste of time. Also, I never liked the political types, they're all untrustworthy. At least his strings are kinda cool."
Shichirou believes anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it, and he doesn't like authority. So he thinks Akaito can achieve his dream, only for it to be a waste of time.
D
"What a dweeb. Rap music SUCKS. Also, how the hell does he have a Sharingan if he's from Kumo? What's wrong with the Uchiha to let that happen? Can't wait for him to gain an epic new power once he stubs his toe..."
Shichirou is jealous of the Sharingan due to its Mangekyo form. As for D, he just thinks he's annoying. He prefers classical music to rap.
Eiken
"Ugh, I heard of failure grown men as genin, but why the hell is this creep running around naked with a bunch of them? And they just let him be like that? Stupid rockhead. Village is going to shit."
Shichirou doesn't know that Eiken is probably younger than him, but he's a taijutsufag so he still wouldn't like him very much anyway. Also, he's a bit of a doomer in case that wasn't clear, so he thinks Eiken is a sign of bad things to come.
Fujiwara
"We don't need any damn samurai in Konoha! Slice this... slice that... swords are for losers. At least this one has enough taste to use a bow... but I'll keep my distance anyway. And the way he talks... ugh, so pretentious..."
Shichirou doesn't respect the samurai, and he's kind of afraid of them because he heard they'll lop heads off for disrespecting them. He also doesn't like swordsmen in general, but he respects the bow.
Ghidorah
"...I think I get what he's going through. And I'm jealous. I heard he can smoke as much as he wants. I have trouble with my smoking streak... if I had that surgery I'd be going through more packs a day than I already am. I can smoke a lot, but not as much as he could."
Shichirou kind of takes what he already has for granted, and thinks that things can't get much worse for him. Ghidorah probably has it worse off than him, but Shichirou thinks he totally understands what he's going through.
Ichika
"Yeah, she's that nice girl. Heh, I heard she has beef with that mouthbreather Jin! I'm rooting for her. More people should be like her, accepting others and shit. Curses are cool, anyway."
Shichirou's too rebellious, so he only sees her superficially; she uses curses, which means she's rebellious too. In reality, he would probably disagree with her ideal that the ends justify the means, because he's a softy at heart. But that's only about others. He would be fine hurting only himself for an end goal.
Kazen
"Uzamaki, right? I don't see him much. He uses those chains, and he's a meathead from what I recall. Wish I had a cheat tool like him, but it's being wasted on a guy who wants to restore his clan! No one owes their clan shit!"
Shichirou really disagrees with the notion that you should do anything for your clan... and he also wishes he had an Enchanted Tool. As for Kazen, he does believe he can achieve his dream, and he doesn't like it.
Kichona
"She's... weird. I don't like her, but it's not like I'll shoo her off if she's bothering me. And she can turn into magma now, right? Bet that means she could smoke a lot... or even just pretend to be smoking..."
Shichirou is so lonely, that he can't bring himself to hate what he considers a taijutsufag because she pesters and hangs out wth him occasionally. I think she would consider him a friend, and he secretly reciprocates. Also, she scares him.
Kita
"I-I don't like spiders. But he doesn't seem so bad. The villagers who look down on him are assholes. Even if he's from Ame, he's basically honorary Konohan. Not like the nation you were born in matters, anyway."
Shichirou is very inclusive, and he only judges people if they're a taijutsufag (to him), bootlicker (to him), or sexual deviant (they scare him).
Kitsumoto
"I've heard of him. He made quite a fuss with his crazy talk. Stabbed that Junki kid real good, too. But what does he have to do with Inaba? I hate that guy. He's always been a creep. He gives off a weird vibe... and this Kitsumoto guy does, too."
Shichirou is just creeped out about Kitsumoto, he definitely doesn't like him, and he worries about Inaba especially. As a side note, if Inaba's rebellion came into play, he would probably be very irrationally angry over it. Just in general. He would hope both Hyūga branches destroy each other.
Kuro
"Damn Blackshadow. Pretends to be the cultured type, but she's just another meathead. Her jutsu's worthless, too. What a joke."
Shichirou isn't a fan of Kuro, he considers her to be a poser of sorts. He sees her as a taijutsufag who masquerades as a ninjutsuchad.
Jin
"I HATE that guy. We're like, distant cousins or something. My stupid dad's always going on about how he's 'a great asset to the Hyūga Clan' and 'one of the greatest prodigies the Clan has seen'. Bet he couldn't smoke as much as me. Mouthbreather."
Shichirou is especially jealous and hating of Jin. Not because of anything Jin did, but because of how strong he is. An excellent taijutsu specialist, and part of the reason his dad hates smoking is because he's impressed by the 7 Heavenly Breaths, and wishes for Shichirou to learn it. Jin probably has no clue why this guy hates him. Shichirou has sweared off all taijutsu except for the Gentle Fist, as THAT is an artform to him, and not "real" taijutsu. The only taijutsu he would consider learning at all would be ranged, but he's still distasteful of it.
Masu
"I don't know much, but I've heard she has a shitty dad, too. I feel bad for her, because I know JUST what that's like. She has pretty cool jutsu, too."
Similar to Ghidorah, he doesn't how bad he has it, and how much he really does relate to them. He's kind of spoiled. I don't know if Masu (or Ghidorah) would tell him to knock it off (or if they would even interact with him all that much in the first place).
Mitsuteru
"Ew. This guy's weird. He looks like he knows weird people and does weird things with them. I wouldn't want to be alone in a room with him. However, he does have good taste in techniques, so I gotta respect him for that."
Nothing much to say. He just finds him creepy, so he never bothered learning much about them. I don't know if they'd really get along that well, that would be up to Mitsuteru anon.
Rinka
"Completely. Annoying. I don't have much to say on her, but she's just a shinier type of meathead. Heard she has a ridiculous Kekkai Genkai... it sounds like one of the most obnoxious things I've ever heard of."
He resents her for the Dark Kekkai Genkai alone, which he considers unfair. Her personality and focus on melee combat doesn't help much.
Remilia
"I know her, snake girl with the weird name. I wonder if she's related to the Blackshadow Clan in some way? Anyway, she's actually pretty cool. I can respect a fellow poison user."
Shichirou has a positive opinion of Remilia for her intelligence and choice of jutsu, and fully believes that she can become one of the best medical ninja ever.
Sen
"Smoking with PIPES!? Now there's some class. Not sure if I can afford pipes. Sen's pretty cool, and she's a genius type, which I respect. But... something seems... off, about her. Guess she has some issues back home... I think I get it."
Similar to other ninja, he does NOT get it. But once again, he really respects a smart ninja who doesn't use taijutsu, and he has an overall positive opinion of geniutsu. He'd definitely smoke with her if given the chance. Personality wise, I think he might piss her off, though.
Shinro
"He's a monk, huh? Wonder what kind of temple he's from. Some monks are boring and focused on too much discipline, but I heard he's out looking for action? I respect his jutsu, but I'm not sure if I agree with that..."
True to his nature, Shichirou is a bit of a coward. He's definitely not the type to look for trouble (although I doubt Shinro would do that), or even be particularly excited for a mission. I bet they would respect each other well enough, though.
Yuma
"Hmph, another pseudo-Uchiha. And she DID stub her toe to unlock insane powers... lucky... she's weird, though. Once got her to smoke an entire pack at once, even though she insisted she wouldn't."
Shichirou likes her more than D for her choice of abilities, but finds her more offputtting due to her personality. He doesn't mind her, but he still resents her for the Sharingan.
Jutsu
Ash Style: Smoke Wall
Shichirou breathes a cloud of irritating smoke that causes coughing, reduces visibility, and can defend like a wall of wind of sorts.
Ash Style: Sticky Burn
Shichirou spits out a clot of ash that burns whatever it sticks to. It will also slow things down.
Ash Style: Sticky Plume
Like Sticky Burn, but as a large, burning wall. One of his best defensive options.
Ash Style: Secret Flame
Shichirou breathes out invisible, flammable gas. He can later ignite it if he wishes.
Poison Style: Choke Cloud
Shichirou breathes out an irritating cloud of dangerous gas. It's pretty bad to inhale.
Poison Style: Salamander Wall
A sticky wall of poison is created. The poison is flammable.
Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Hell Ash
The main use of Shichirou's Gentle Fist, since he doesn't like up close combat, is its defensive capability. He combines Elemental Wall with Gentle Fist, creating an even better form of defense than usual due to the incorporated burning ash.
Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Hell Bomb
Similar to the other version, Shichirou instead creates and subsequently ignites flammable gas while spinning, protecting himself from the explosion and reflecting it to increase its power.
Eight Trigrams Cobra Palms
Not only attempting to send chakra into the opponent's chakra network, he attempts to inject poison as well, increasing the damage dealt to the network.
Eight Trigrams Snail Palms
Like above, but instead of attempting to poison the opponent, he layers ash onto the locations he hit to slow the opponent down at the same time.
Ash Style: Flammable Castle Palm
Shichirou's ultimate and most effective technique. He creates a wall of ash, and seeing through it with the Byakugan, he uses the Gentle Fist to subtly attack the wall and send blasts of flammable gas and burning ash through it, allowing him to defend himself and attack at the same time. Raw offense wise, Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Hell Bomb is stronger and raw defense wise, Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Ash Wise is superior, but he can do more things while using Ash Style: Flammable Castle Palm.
