0. Unless otherwise specified, all rights to works created by nanameme are reserved and protected under All rights reserved.
1. In this Terms of Use, 'Bot Card Files' (png or charX) used in the AI chat frontend are referred to as 'Bot Cards,' and 'Module Files' (json or risum) created exclusively for RisuAI are referred to as 'Modules.'
2. Violating any of the following terms will result in a prohibition of use and may lead to legal liability.

Permissions

0. The following items are fully permitted without any prior inquiry.
1. Non-commercial, personal use, remix, modification, deform of Bot Cards and Modules.
2. Redistribution of deleted Bot Cards or Modules by third parties in non-public spaces within a limited period.
   2-1. Proper attribution to the copyright holder is required.
3. Referencing or modifying publicly distributed Modules to redistribute as part of prompts, Bot Cards, or similar by third parties.
   3-1. Proper attribution to the copyright holder is required.
   3-2. Redistribution of Modules alone is prohibited.

Prohibited Actions

0. The following actions are prohibited under any circumstances.
1. Commercial use.
   1-1. This is completely prohibited in all forms, including but not limited to: use for promoting paid services, or situations where revenue is not directly earned through uploads on a partially paid service but virtual assets such as points within the site are acquired.
2. Redistribution of non-deleted Bot Cards or Modules by third parties who are not the copyright holders.
   2-1. This includes redistribution in non-public spaces.
   2-2. Redistribution is prohibited even if there are minor modifications.
3. Redistribution of deleted Bot Cards or Modules by third parties in public spaces (such as RisuRealm, ChubAI) or permanent redistribution in non-public spaces.
4. Posting by third parties on public AI chat sites (such as c.ai, Spicychat, kajiwoto, etc.).
5. Falsely claiming authorship or ownership of the work by impersonating the copyright holder.
6. Use of distributed modules in frontends other than RisuAI or SillyTavern.

Conditional Permissions, Inquiries Required

0. The following actions require explicit permission upon inquiry, and are prohibited without such permission even if the conditions are met.
1. Major modifications or remakes of Bot Cards or Modules by third parties, provided they are not malicious or do not severely damage the original work.
   1-1. Examples of malicious or damaging modifications: alterations with political or religious intentions, distortion of existing character traits, etc.
   1-2. Examples of major modifications: adding asset images to Bot Cards, translating to another language, modifying for use in a non-RisuAI frontend, etc.
2. Separate use of regular expression scripts, trigger scripts, lorebooks, global note overrides, and background embeddings included in certain Bot Cards.
   2-1. Bot descriptions, images, additional assets, first message, sample dialogue, and extra descriptions are excluded.
3. Distribution of entirely different Bot Cards or Modules influenced by nanameme’s Bot Cards or Modules.

This Terms of Use may be changed at any time, and the latest version always applies to all works. The time of access to the works does not exempt from responsibility.
Additionally, anything not explicitly stated in this Terms of Use is prohibited by default. Please inquire for any uses not specified.
