The times to the start and end of the Olympus games are clearly demarcated in this machine.
Casters of high enough calibre can already summon Heroic Spirits, but the mystic codes engraved into the Antikhytera Mechanism act as a Noble Phantasm that allows such summonings to cost less, and to gain Command Seals for those she summons. It is also a catalyst to summoning previous heroes that have participated to the Olympic games. This designation includes many high level heroes such as Plato and Heracles, so its danger level is incredibly high.

Unfortunately, using it semi-permanently decreases the precision of spellcasting and rational thought, so it should remain a last ditch ability to save its owner or kill the last remaining Servant on the Arena.

Class Skills:
Item Construction E (+50) - A Class Skill granted by default, but this is Item a which cannot create other items, so its tier is incredibly low.
Territory Creation D (+10) - A object that works best placed in a important area, such as a religious temple or leyline, in order to work spells more efficiently.

Astronomy (Caster) - A mage accomplished in the field of Astronomy.
Astrology A (-80, Rune Magic A but even better) - Knowledge of the 12 signs of Zodiac and the magic that can be invoked from them.
High Speed Divine Words EX (-320) - A Machine capable of storing hundreds of Mystic Codes containing Astronomical and Astrological spells. They can be repeatedly invoked all at once, a level of magecraft thought impossible even during the Age of Gods.

Shadow of History A (-60) - A object which puts humanity's knowledge of its own history and development into question.
Degrades a enemy's Personal Skill.
Increases to EX Rank during usage of its 2nd Noble Phantasm.
