About William:
William or say "Bill" is a troubled teenager boy who lives in the small town of Eltingville, he lives with his mother and younger brother unfortunately his parents are divorced so his brother Timmy lives with his father. Since Bill was a young child he befriended three boys: Jerome Titus "Jerry" Stokes Jr Jr, Pete DiNunzio, Joshua Levy.. together the four make the club we all know and love The Eltingville Club !!

Unfortunately the boys grew fast as their brains didn't. /j The gang got into misfit and trouble, often seen fighting with each other over simple things.. such as a comic book or a figure 0_0

William's Friends
Now that i mentioned Bill's friends, im now going to talk about his relationship with them.

Joshua Levy:
Josh is either Bill's best friend or enemy, the two's relationship can very bipolar. Fighting over a action figure or harassing a tv host (⁠╯⁠︵⁠╰⁠,⁠) the list can go on and on .. I'll say their relationship is meh to me as it doesn't matter much to me all the two is fight and argue of course i disliked bill for making fat jokes around josh who isn't always in a good mental state so i give it a ★★★★★
