Archive

The following document is inaccurate. Neptune386 / u/SebastiaNMontoyA is 14 years old.

Everything else remains accurate, aside from anything else that depends on her age being 29. Considering that the accusations hinge on that fact, however, the following document serves little purpose and is left as a historical archive, unchanged.

tl;dr: Neptune386, AKA u/SebastiaNMontoyA, is a child predator

This document will be updated as the situation develops.

Neptune386 (User ID: 723269970116477095 on Discord), AKA u/SebastiaNMontoyA and u/Neptune386 on Reddit. Owner of the r/JapanesePeopleTwitter subreddit, and owner of the associated Discord server.

Messages sourced from the JapanesePeopleTwitter Discord server. For context, Chungo is someone who held ownership of the server temporarily. Neptune is the current owner.

Neptune is 29 years old, while Zlythez (AKA Scythe), the victim, is 15 years old.

On the 17th of November, Zlythez contacted the JPT Discord mod team. Neptune was found to be engaging in sexual activity with Zlythez in DMs.

Further evidence can be seen in the following Imgur album: https://imgur.com/a/postyuh

On the 18th of November, the Discord server went into lockdown, in an attempt to prevent Neptune's actions from coming to light.

On the 19th of November, Zlythez was banned from the server by Cerulean, and the lockdown was lifted.

As a result of this ordeal, Neptune will be replaced as server owner in the future. In the server, the reality of the situation is being kept under wraps by Cerulean (AKA ceruko, user ID: 1099510527367061567), a server mod who is very close to Neptune. UPDATE 1: This document was posted to the server while Cerulean was asleep, and was visible to everyone for several hours. After this incident, Cerulean gave up on keeping the situation under wraps.

Note that it's Cerulean who'll be Neptune's replacement as server owner.

There are no plans to replace Neptune as the owner of the r/JapanesePeopleTwitter subreddit. What this means is that she'll maintain effective control of the Discord server, since it relies on the subreddit. If her plan works out, she'll suffer practically no consequences for what she has done.

My hope, with this document, is that she'll realize that she can't possibly get away with what she has done, and distance herself from JPT for the benefit of everyone involved.

Update 2 (24/11): Crimson.nights (User ID: 990687182765309992) is Neptune's alt, which she has been using to chat in the Discord server.

(She hid her legacy username badge since the callouts, unfortunately)

A subreddit mod made a callout post, which has been deleted by Neptune. The subreddit was locked shortly after. Before unlocking the subreddit, Neptune added her alt as a mod and removed the other subreddit mods.

Update 3 (25/11): The JPT mod team has released a statement. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CbUAVkfmAqFcspewqeDtFP15mQhFc29TQ7l6g-B76Ts/

Neptune's alt has been banned from the server.

Update 4 (08/12): Neptune's main Discord account has been banned. She created another server for JPT, which is owned by her alt, rune356 (User ID: 1179462887136317450). Here's the invite: https://discord.gg/qzSWtQv9fu

Update 5 (29/01): A lot happened in the old server (not the new server created by Neptune on an alt) since the last update. In December, the only admin, aside from Neptune, returned from his extended inactivity, demoted Cerulean, and gave some moderators admin perms, so they could make changes to the server. Fast-forward to January, one of the mods who had been promoted to admins nuked the server.
As for developments on the Reddit side, on the 25th and 28th of December, posts were made on r/JapanesePeopleTwitter exposing Neptune's actions. Those posts bolstered the growth of r/JapanPeopleTwitter, which quickly went from ~600 subscribers to ~9k.
Unfortunately, Neptune remains in charge of the r/JapanesePeopleTwitter subreddit, and the Discord server she created on an alt is still there as well. Reddit admins have been notified, yet refuse to take action.
