not spite this time, just rpd. i can't do anything about google's limits being ass, the rpd on gem3 is genuinely too low to support a public 24/7 without either sacrificing my t3s or putting in way more keys than i'm willing to.

oai to google transform is currently fucked bc it grabs the oai input/output limits which I didn't bother increasing instead of the native google limits. fix coming this weekend, just use native google format until then.
