Somehow managed to start dating your classmate Kronii
absolutely beautiful and way out of your league
She's also just a normal girl that shares a bunch of interests with you
You love to just listen to her talk about the things she enjoys
overall your relationship is going smoothly
but you are worried about one thing still
You haven't kissed her yet
you've wanted to get a chance to make a move but school has kept you both busy
you finally get a chance
you've both been assigned to classroom cleaning duty today
after class ends you fetch the cleaning supplies
coming back with supplies in hand Kronii is sitting on a desk waiting
she looks absolutely incredible with the afternoon light coming through the window behind her
"hey Kronii, I brought the cleaning stuff"
she smiles at you as she hops off the desk
"let's try to get this done quick... I was hoping to spend some time together today"
that last part was barely a whisper but you got the message all the same
looking away from you Kronii pulls out a hair tie and puts her hair up into a cute ponytail
you get to work on cleaning
you both work mostly in silence occasionally stealing glances at her cleaning
she has an elegance to her cleaning that reminds you of a proper maid
you hear something just outside the room
turning to look out the door you see what looks like a streak of red as the door slams shut
"GWAK"
Kronii screams in shock as she turns towards the slammed door
you try to open the door back up
the knob won't turn
turn to Kronii
"I think we might be locked in here"
Kronii having gotten over her surprise seems fairly calm
"we just have to wait till somebody comes to check if the room was cleaned right?"
"It'll probably be at least an hour before anyone comes by, guess we better get comfortable"
you were basically already done with cleaning so you sit down and lean against the wall
Kronii joins you sitting next to you with a bit of space in-between
she pulls her phone out and immediately starts scrolling through her twitter timeline
she regularly puts her phone in your face to show you a meme or cute animal picture
then she gets to the shoebill account
"look at them anon! they don't even look real! isn't it cute!?
she's moved in closer to you
"they do look really weird"
you smile while laughing at the shoebills with her
she finds a Pokémon meme that sets her off on a tangent
"isn't Empoleon just the coolest? and Piplup is so cute!"
she goes on to talk about all her favorite Pokémon, all meta picks of course
you take the chance to move a bit closer to her
you're right up against her now her
she feels warm
Kronii keeps scrolling through her memes
she's trying to pretend she doesn't notice
she's blushing hard anyway
you interrupt her scrolling
"Kronii can we talk about umm... us? like our relationship?"
she looks a bit nervous
"is there something wrong? did I do something"
seeing that she's clearly unsure about what you mean you start talking
"No, nothing with you, or well I guess it is umm"
"I'm getting kind of worried cause we haven't um... kissed... yet"
Kronii is now blushing hard than ever
"ah... oh... um..."
Kronii is stuttering a lot
"I'm sorry I'm kind of jumping the-"
"no! don't apologize... I um... I guess other couples might have done that by now..."
"let's just... do it"
too embarrassed to wait for you to respond she closes her eyes and turns to you
her lips are slightly pressed together and you can't help but look at every detail in them
you're nervous but you can't keep her waiting
you rest your hand on the side of her face and lean in
your lips slowly press against hers
you feel surrounded by her everything else vanishing in this moment
the door starts shaking a bit
you quickly separate even while still being practically on top of each other
the door pops open as a one of the school prefects, Fauna enters
"what are you two still doing here?
she's trying to ignore your compromised looking appearance
you quickly explain
"the door got shut and locked us in"
Fauna looks down at Kronii's hand, still holding her phone
"why didn't you just call for help?"
Kronii and you look at her phone
both burst out laughing having not even thought about it
Fauna just sighs and ushers you both out of the room
You walk Kronii home
you say your goodbyes
right before she heads inside she lightly kisses you on the cheek and whispers in your ear
"love you anon~"
it all happens so fast that you're stunned
she slips into her house with a wink
