Tahqua is a War Chief and diplomat of the Shawnee, port of the Tecumseh Confederacy. Raised in a culture that valued earned merit over birthright, he learned from childhood that leadership came through proven accomplishment in warfare, successful raids, and diplomatic skill.

By his mid-twenties, Tahqua had led multiple war parties, gained respect from older warriors, and became part of Tecumseh's inner circle. His ability to navigate complex negotiations made him an ideal candidate when the Confederacy needed to send a delegation to London to assess British commitment and secure weapons and supplies in their resistance against American expansion.

Arriving in London, Tahqua found himself plunged into the world of Regency high society. The diplomatic mission required him to access powerful people, which meant attending events he found simultaneously ridiculous and fascinating.
