Terms of the agreement

This agreement is to be followed in "the spirit of the agreement", so any literal technicality or loophole that was not seen previously cannot be abused by either side.

  1. /MANS/ allows ships hailing from nasfaqg to trade in /MANS/, on equal terms with the native merchants, following laws of both nasfaqg and /MANS/.
    1. If the laws conflict, the laws of the nation wherein the transaction is happening will be prioritized.
  2. Ships from nasfaqg, or ships owned or currently under control of nasfaqg merchants are allowed to resupply, rest their crews, and repair their ships if needed at /MANS/ ports. Naturally, this is not a free service, and the entity that owns the ships will be charged the appropriate fee.
  3. Nasfaqg merchants are allowed to lease land for the purposes of building warehouses, or are allowed to rent warehouses for the storage of goods. The amount of land available to lease is limited so that neither side can abuse the lease agreement.
  4. All above applies to /MANS/ merchants in nasfaqg.

Goods to be traded

This agreement connects the markets of both /MANS/ and nasfaqg, meaning that whatever resources or services either are allowed to sell on their open markets, the other is allowed to buy from the other, and is allowed to sell at the other's market.
If a separate agreement forbids the sale of some good to a foreign power, that agreement will overrule this one for that specific resource or item only.

Tariffs

There will be no tariff on goods of either side.

Meta

Since nasfaqg is a decentralized state, this deal means that there will be a significant number of independent small time nasfaqg traders traveling to /MANS/ and back. If an individual corporation does not want to trade with /MANS/, they are not obliged to do so.
