I am VERY prone to panic attacks so please try not to get angry at me for things. Instead, if I have done anything wrong just confront me kindly without attacking me as I can easily become overwhelmed due to yelling & loudness due to hypersensitivity. Please be patient with me, I tend to take a while / have a hard time understanding things like sarcasm & social cues, tone-tags are needed & very helpful for this reason!
I may / have been told I come across as blunt or rude at times. It's often difficult for me to perceive my tone & the way my words come out, so I apologize if I sound a bit harsh.
Please keep in mind that I am a covert narcissist which means I can have a lack of empathy at times & may unintentionally disrespect boundaries.
