Well I'm especially slow and I've been out of the loop so I didn't realize this before but, you can use mixtral right now very easily.

Open up sillytavern

Click the plug icon (second from the left at the top)

Where it says "API" select "Chat Completion (OpenAI, Claude, Window, OpenRouter, Slace, AI21)"

Where it says Chat Completion Source select "Openrouter"

Click where it says "Authorize" and just hit okay when the window pops up saying it wants to generate an API key for you. It should go without saying not to enter in anything there. You'll be picking a free model.

Then go to where it "Openrouter Model" and select "mistralai/mixtral-8x7b-instruct | Infinityk t/$ | 32768 ctx" <-- this is the free mixstral model

(Note, I'm not referring to the similarly named ""mistraiai/mistral-7n-instruct | Infinityk t/$ | 8192 ctx" although it appears that's also free, feel free to try that if you want)

Then click connect

You MAY need to pull some other shenanigans to get things working right, I'm not sure yet.
