Never hurts to turn off auto while taking out the last mob to save up UBs for the next floor.

EX	Didn't even need the third team for me, RIP 50k mana
Shadow Realm	Should take out the golem and Ayumi If you die on the third wave (very likely), just zerg it with the rest of your box; although you should try to at least take out Matsuri before your death
