Low Blood Pressure
  • feeling dizzy, weak, fatigue, nauseous, your vision seems to be fading/goes black when you stand up?

— here's a temporary help: in a cup, put a small amount of salt & sugar, mix it with water and drink it slowly; you can do breathing exercises while drinking it but thats optional.

  • for a true solution, eat something salty.

High Blood Pressure

— another temporary solution: similar to the low blood pressure one, but this time just mix a small amount of sugar & water in a cup, drink it slowly.


Feeling like you're about to puke

— hydrate yourself; so drink water, if that makes you feel even more sick, try drinking a tea that isn't too strong like dark tea, cinnamon tea etc, i suggest peppermint, chamomile, lemon balm.


Want to go outside more? Here's some tips

— This is not as niche as you'd imagine, many people struggle with the outside world, even myself—the helper! This is mostly based on what helped motivate me to to outside and get some vitamins. 1st Get a reason, it can be simple and stupid, like "I need to go outside to take pictures of flowers I find", If it works good. 2nd Try to create a routine, start slow until you can get ahold of it. 3rd If nothing helps, trick yourself with treats! AKA "if I go outside for even 5 minutes, I can eat cake".
