Identifying the Right Logistic
First, you’ll want to get a logistic with a desirable basic talent at level 5, usually one of the core stats like:
- ATK%
- HP%
- DEF%
To figure out which stat is ideal, open the "Operative" menu and check which stat their skills scale with.
Use all your stamina on the current event material stage, and trade the materials at the event shop for logistics until you roll one with the max basic talent value (e.g. ATK 10%).
Using Revisions
The most important item in min-maxing your logistics is the Revision Limit item, obtainable from the Supreme Battleground event every patch and the Logistic Officers shop each month. This item allows you to reroll one of the basic talents.
⚠️ WARNING: Rerolling locks the other basic talent permanently, so choose wisely.
If after 12 revisions you still haven't rolled the talent you want, don’t worry. You’ll unlock the Targeted Revision Limit item.
Targeted Revisions
Once unlocked, this item allows for guaranteed reroll targeting.
Click the crosshair icon on the talent you want to change:
Then select the specific talent you want to reroll into (e.g. Alignment Index).
♻️ Recycling for More Attempts
You’ll also need Personnel Limits for rerolling talents. These are obtained by recycling unwanted orange logistics.
Go to:
Storage → Logistics → Recycle Button
Recycle your duplicates or bad rolls to stock up on materials needed for revisions.
Special Talent
To unlock a logistic's Special Talent, you must first upgrade it to +15.
Once upgraded, you can start rerolling for the Elemental DMG% that matches your operative's element
(e.g., Frost DMG% for Frost-type operatives).
You can reroll the Special Talent using Revision Applications, which are obtainable from:
- The Quality Rationing shop
- The Underground Purge shop
- Event rewards
