QTE (Toggle): When [Encore] reaches max 10 stacks, you can trigger Shigure Kira’s QTE, Shigure Kira will enter in the background, deal 800% > 500% ATK of Ice DMG. Entering through QTE consumes all [Encore] stacks. Also inflict 12 6 points of Rime trauma on enemies hit by QTE.

BASIC ATK 2
Gains 300 initial points of [Cheer Support], casting QTE restores 150 points of [Cheer Support] for herself.

BASIC ATK 3
(Toggle): When Kira is on standby and meets all the conditions to use Ultimate, tap Shigure Kira icon to instantly switch her in and use her Ultimate.
Ultimate via off-field switch will consume all Encore stacks. For each stack consumed, the final shot will deal additional 100% > 120% ATK Ice DMG, additional 1 point of rime trauma, and recover 0.5 sp for the team. Max 6 stacks.


ULTIMATE
SP: 125, CD: 20s. Enters sniper mode, uses [White Note] to cast a total of 3 shots, dealing 500% + 500% + 700% ATK of Ice DMG. Each shot inflict 6 4 points of Rime trauma.

If Ultimate is used from off field switch, when Ultimate ends, Shigure Kira will enter the field after the final shot.

(Note: Ult cast animation is a suspended animation and doesn't stop time. Aiming during sniper mode stops time)

ULTIMATE 1
V2: When Ultimate hits an enemy, enemy will receive +20% 15% more Ice DMG, last for 15s, can be refreshed.
V3: When Ultimate hits an enemy, Team Ice DMG +16% > 20%, last for 15s, can be refreshed.

ULTIMATE 2
V2: When Ultimate’s final shot hit an enemy, all team member’s Total DMG +15%, Ice DMG +20% +10%, last for 15s, can be refreshed.
V3: Within 15s after Ultimate final shot hits an enemy, if a team member with ice tag on the field deals hp loss effect, the enemies take 16% more Ice DMG for 4s 5s, can be refreshed.

ULTIMATE 3
For every Ultimate shots that hits an enemy, whole team gain 8 7 SP.
Each shot that hits an enemy reduces ult cd of all team members on the field by 1s (does not take effect in coop), minimum cd 12s.


CHARGED ATK
Uses [White Note] to deal an accurate shot.
When [Cheer Support] reaches 150 points, hold ATK button to consume 150 points of [Cheer Support] and cast Charged ATK, deal 600% ATK of Ice DMG and additional ATK x 10 damage (HP loss effect)

CHARGED ATK 1
When Charged ATK hits an enemy, Shigure Kira’s Total DMG +30% > 20%, Ice DMG +20%, last for 8s, can be refreshed.

CHARGED ATK 2
Charged ATK additionally deals ATK x 240 > ATK x 140 DMG towards enemies (this is HP loss effect), when Charged ATK hits an enemy, Shigure Kira restores 15 SP.
