NOTE: When you import an emote list, it will replace all of your current emotes. Do this before adding too many emotes. If you already have many emotes, you will have to do it by hand. If doing it manually, note the fx link is always the same.

New fx

To add fx, create an emote with the name fxNameofeffect and a link of data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACwAAAAAAQABAAA=. This data link is always the same.

To make your own effects, open up the CSS file and scroll down to the Effect Rules section to see how it's done.
Basically all the rules look like this:

New Overlays

Overlays function more like emotes. You write the name for your overlay as ovNameofoverlay, and link to the overlay. As long as it's named properly, no additional work is required. Ensure you use png for transparency.
