How to use

The CID, with format bafyxxxx/QmXXXX, can combine with gateway URL as https://{gateway URL}/ipfs/{CID} (path style) or https://{CID}.{gatewa URL} (subdomain style), the available gateway URLs listing in here all do support path style, and almost all of Crust gateway URLs do not support subdomain style.
