September 27, 2024 (Friday) - Announcement of the Event’s Special Site
| The special site announced that applications would be limited to one per fan club. If an applicant submitted multiple applications for the same event and same preference, the additional applications would be invalidated.
However, Rakuten Ticket informed us that they interpreted "one application per fan club" to mean that if multiple fan clubs submitted applications, only one would be valid, and the rest would be invalidated.
This differed from our intended implementation, so we confirmed the issue with SME Inc., which manages the event jointly with us.

September 30, 2024 (Monday) - Announcement on the Event’s Special Site
| Concerns arose that SMS verification and Rakuten Ticket’s handling of multiple fan club applications might cause unexpected issues.
Rakuten Ticket was asked to review its system, and discussions confirmed that a customer with multiple fan club memberships should be eligible to apply through each membership separately.
We agreed with Rakuten Ticket that this would be handled as an independent issue and not linked to the fan club system.
