born on October 12th, 1968 in Sydney, Hugh Jackman is an actor, musician, producer, dancer & multi-instrumentalist. he had 2 adopted children with his ex-wife (2023 being the date of divorce) & 4 siblings + one half sibling.
when he was 5, he debutted as an actor playing King Arthur. he graduated in communications/journalism, as it was his dream job. he worked part time jobs to pay for his acting classes, and he was determined to improve his acting skills despite being offered a role for a soap opera. after graduating from the academy, he got his role as Kevin Jones in Correlli (1995). his first Hollywood debut was X-Men (2000). his debut in Broadway was from The Boy from Oz.

he claims that thanks to his friend Russell Crowe his popular career started, since Crowe rejected his role for X-Men (2000) and suggested Hugh instead.
