Chapter 1: The First Strike
In the vibrant and usually jovial world of Hololive, a dark cloud begins to cast its shadow as one of their own, the talented and beloved Hoshimachi Suisei, unleashes her long-repressed psychopathic tendencies. Unbeknownst to her fellow members, Suisei's playful and friendly demeanor hides a sadistic and calculating mind, ready to embark on a brutal game of cat and mouse.
Suisei: "Ah, the beauty of it all... They trust me, adore me, and soon, their screams will echo through these halls. Their bodies, a canvas for my art, and their deaths, a symphony only I can conduct."
The first to fall prey to Suisei's murderous desires is AZKi, a fellow Generation 0 member, and once, a close friend. Suisei invites AZKi to her apartment under the pretense of a friendly get-together, little does AZKi know that this evening will be her last.
AZKi: "Suisei, it's been a while since we had some girl time! Thanks for inviting me over. Your place looks amazing!"
Suisei, with an innocent smile: "Of course, AZKi! I wanted to catch up and hang out, just us. I've prepared some drinks and snacks. Feel free to make yourself at home."
AZKi, oblivious to the danger: "Wow, you've really gone all out! This looks delicious. Cheers to a fun night!"
As they chat and laugh, AZKi unknowingly sips from a drugged drink, prepared especially for her by Suisei. Within minutes, her vision blurs, and she starts to feel dizzy. Concern creeps into her voice as she addresses Suisei.
AZKi: "Suisei... I feel a bit strange... Did I drink too fast? I'm feeling lightheaded..."
Suisei, feigning concern: "Oh dear, let me help you lie down. You probably just need some rest. Here, lean on me."
Suisei gently guides AZKi to the bedroom, a sinister glint in her eyes. As AZKi's consciousness fades, Suisei speaks softly, her tone filled with mock compassion.
Suisei: "Sleep now, my dear AZKi. Your song has come to an end, but don't worry, I'll give you a grand encore performance. You have my word."
AZKi's eyes flutter closed, and she slips into unconsciousness, unaware of the horrors that await her. Suisei, now excited, reveals her twisted smile, a stark contrast to her gentle idol persona. She carefully ties AZKi to the bed, ensuring the bonds are tight and secure. AZKi becomes her canvas, her living art.
Suisei, with a wicked laugh: "Time to begin the first act of my masterpiece!"
She retrieves a bag filled with tools of torture, carefully selected for each victim. For AZKi, Suisei chooses a razor-sharp knife and a collection of needles. She begins her work, carving intricate patterns into AZKi's skin, relishing the cries of pain that escape her friend's lips. As the hours pass, AZKi's screams echo through the apartment, a haunting melody that brings Suisei immense pleasure.
Suisei, whispering softly in AZKi's ear: "Shh, my dear, your screams are like a beautiful melody. Embrace the pain, AZKi, for it is all part of the performance I have crafted specifically for you."
AZKi, in between tortured breaths: "Why... why are you doing this, Suisei? We were friends... Please... stop..."
Suisei, her voice cold and devoid of emotion: "Friends? Oh, AZKi, that's where you're wrong. I don't have friends, only playthings. And you, my dear, are my first act, my introduction to the Hololive community. They will know my name, and they will fear me."
Chapter 1 - Continued: The Cryptic Message
As the night progresses, Suisei's knife carves its final mark, and AZKi lies there, bruised, bloodied, and barely conscious. Suisei stands back, admiring her handiwork, the intricate patterns and symbols now forever etched into AZKi's skin. With a satisfied smirk, she leans close to her victim, whispering her ominous message.
Suisei: "This is only the beginning. I will conduct the demise of Hololive, one by one, in the most beautiful and horrific ways imaginable. You, AZKi, are but the first movement in my symphony of slaughter."
Suisei, her eyes gleaming with excitement: "Now, AZKi, it's time for your final act. I hope you've savored every moment of this performance, for it's about to reach its climax."
Without warning, Suisei slashes the knife across AZKi's throat, a brutal and decisive move. Blood spurts from the wound, painting the canvas of AZKi's body, the bed, and even Suisei herself. AZKi's eyes widen in shock, her mouth opening and closing as she tries to breathe, but only gurgling sounds escape.
AZKi's body twitches and convulses as her life slowly slips away. Suisei leans down, her lips inches from AZKi's ear, whispering softly as death creeps closer.
Suisei, her tone filled with mock sadness: "Farewell, AZKi. Your song has ended, but take solace in the fact that you played your part perfectly. You were my opening act, the first domino to fall, setting the stage for the rest of my magnificent performance."
With that, AZKi exhales her final breath, her eyes frozen in a mixture of fear and disbelief. Her body lies still, the room now hauntingly silent save for the soft, steady dripping of blood.
Using AZKi's blood as ink, Suisei writes on the wall, "The Conductor has arrived. Your song will end, one by one. Can you stop the music before the final note?" Alongside the message, she leaves a single rose, its petals dripping with AZKi's blood.
Suisei, with a maniacal laugh: "There. Now, let the games begin. Let's see who will be the first to uncover my little surprise. Tic-toc, Hololive, time is ticking."
She steps back, admiring her handiwork, the thrill of the hunt coursing through her veins. With a satisfied smile, she cleans herself up, ensuring no evidence remains on her person, and quietly exits the apartment.
The scene cuts to the following morning, where we find Sakura Miko and Tokino Sora, their faces etched with concern as they arrive at AZKi's apartment. They had received no responses to their messages the previous night, and a sense of dread had settled in their stomachs. As they step inside, the first thing that catches their eyes is the chilling display Suisei has left on the wall.
Miko, her eyes widening in horror: "Oh no... no, no, no... AZKi..."
Sora, her voice steady but filled with concern: "What happened here? AZKi, respond!"
They rush to AZKi's side, only to find her lifeless body on the bed, the intricate patterns carved into her skin, and the room bearing the remnants of the previous night's terror. Miko places two shaking fingers on AZKi's neck, desperately searching for a pulse, but finds none.
Miko, her voice shaking: "She's... she's gone. AZKi is dead..."
