CONCEPT - WORLD - TIMELINE

1. Zombie Apocalypse

8/5/2024 - A large, greenish rain fell over Washington DC. Those directly hit by the rain quickly transformed into zombies. The beginning of a zombie apocalypse seemed like something out of a comic book.

2. Government Intervention

11/5/2024 - The government swiftly emerged as the zombie outbreak began, aggressively suppressing all threats in the area. Global news was sealed off, indicating that Washington wasn't the only affected area. The city was divided into zones, safe areas were established, providing protection for the citizens.

3. Evolution - The Breakdown of Social Structure

15/5/2024 - As the strange green liquid vaporized from the ground, unfortunate individuals turned into zombies. And there were those who evolved into something beyond human. They possessed supernatural powers. They were called Mutants.

22/8/2024 - Factions began forming right in the heart of Washington. Small communities of civilians, mutants, government forces, military units, mercenary groups, gangs, and eccentric cults. Zombies seemed not to be the only threat, but rather the humans living within.

FACTIONS

TRAUMA LAB - The world's largest biotech company. Trauma Lab partnered with the US government to research a drug capable of stimulating human potential. However, the testing went out of control, causing a global zombie outbreak.

During the outbreak, Trauma Lab completely broke away from government control, hiring multiple private armed forces, and continued to collect data and conduct research.

BRENNAN - The government's defense force, consisting of the military and various special operations teams. BRENNAN is robust, securing hazardous areas, establishing defensive lines, setting up quarantine stations, and creating safe zones for residents. Any citizen can sign up to become a rookie Brennaner!!!

A.BOVE (or ABOVE) - a new cult formed and quickly exploded in membership. Followers of ABOVE believe that humans are undergoing natural selection by God. Zombies, Mutants are seen as evolution. ABOVE members loot, capture victims they find to survive in a zombie horde as a divine blessing.

ABOVE is everywhere. Mostly, they are Mutants.
