โ Support the Madness: Buy me a Ko-fi!
Welcome to the official preset archive by u/dptgreg (with special thanks to co-author and one man research department u/leovarian and my other co-auther gamifcation/RPG expert u/Ok_Strategy_2420 aka Ryah ). This page is a complete collection of the Freaky Frankenstein series and its Kimi-specific presets that work for Silltavern, MarinaraEngine, Lumiverse and other Frontends such as TAVO that tell an AI how to Roleplay. These presets were engineered to rid LLM's of "AI-slop", bypass censorship, and turn your LLM into an absolute roleplay powerhouse with vivid cinematography and visceral human dialogue. The presets have evolved over time with user feedback and as my own knowledge grows. This will act as a full archive database of my work history and to track new releases and updates for the community.

The Freaky Frankenstein Series
Built for GLM, Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, Grok, MiMo, and Universal usage.
Freaky Frankenstein 2.0
๐๏ธ Released: January 23, 2026 | Built for: GLM 4.7, Gemini Flash 3.0
"I heavily researched effective ways to adjust an LLMs thinking process to double check its work... to force it to think and make sure that its outputting what the prompts are telling it."
The one that started the "Freaky" revolution. Reverse-engineered from community favorites, this preset strips away the fat to deliver a barebones, hyper-efficient roleplay experience. It introduces the Mandarin Chain of Thought to increase speed, maximize token efficiency, and kill repetitive English AI slop.
Freaky Frankenstein 3.2 (Reanimated)
๐๏ธ Released: February 19, 2026 | Built for: GLM 5.0 / 4.7 / Universal
"The 'Bot Ate My Post' Edition. It comes from a place of rage. If you're tired of your waifu 'smelling ozone' or husbando's breath catching... give my preset a try."
Built to tell the AI how to roleplay with dignity. Features a renovated thinking logic that reviews "Anti-Slop" rules before outputting. Introduces Group Chat toggles and the famous two-vibe system: Freaky Mode (dark/kinky) and Realism Mode (slow-burn nuance).
Freaky Frankenstein 4.0 and 3.5
๐๏ธ Released: March 25, 2026 | Built for: Universal (Claude, GLM, Gemini, DS, etc.)
"If Gen 1 was 'You are {{char}}'... this is 'You are running an entire physics-based simulation.'"
A massive co-authored update with u/leovarian. Fat Man (4.0) contains the full cinematic engine, while Little Feller (3.5) is the highly optimized, token-light successor to 3.2. Introduces the VAD Emotional Engine (Valence, Arousal, Dominance) and the "Evidence Rule" nuke to stop omniscient NPCs.

Freaky Frankenstein 4.2 and 3.6
๐๏ธ Released: March 31, 2026 | Built for: GLM 5.1 Compatibility & Bug Fixes
"Testing this on the newly released GLM 5.1 has been mind-blowingโit is absolutely PEAK roleplay right now."
A major hotfix and upgrade released to ensure compatibility with the drop of GLM 5.1. This update maximizes Chain of Thought by forcing attention to the most important areas of the prompt through XML tagging, and introduces a custom CoT specifically for Claude/Gemini to make them think faster.

Freaky Frankenstein 4MAX and 4BOLT
๐๏ธ Released: April 30, 2026 | Built for: Universal (GLM, DeepSeek, Claude, Gemini, Grok, MiMo, Gemma)
"FF4MAX is a more stable bug-free highly consistent FF4.2 (Which I love and is still PEAK for GLM 5.1). But you outdid it on BOLT. It's ALMOST as good as MAX but is like... 5x the speed? "
Freaky Frankenstein MAX and BOLT are the director's cut and final versions of the Freaky Frankenstein 4 series. This is a passion project. It takes ALL the logic from the previous preset (4.0 series) and condenses it into highly concise code / TOON logic that reduces tokens by 30-40%. Since LLMs are trained on code, adherence to rules combined with the denser logic improves consistency, output, with reduced chance of having issues break immersion in RP. The context of the rules STAY in attention. Since tokens were reduced significantly, we managed for the first time to strike a balance with further increasing stability at the cost of eliminating the token dense mandarin Chain of Thought for the first time in the Freaky Frankenstein preset history. MAX is heavier preset (5k tokens default activation) intended to maximize logic AND maximize the LLM's reasoning process to provide the best possible output. BOLT is a lightweight preset ( 3k tokens default activation) intended to make the logic as efficient and dense as possible and forcing the LLM's to provide a faster output while still maintaining high quality generations.

Freaky Frankenstein4 MAX+ and BOLT+
๐๏ธ Released: May 7th, 2026 | Built for: Universal (GLM, DeepSeek, Claude, Gemini, Grok, MiMo, Gemma)
"MAX and BOLT Re-Release to make Deepseek 4 COOK! Also lot's of fixes and tweaks based on feedback. "
Freaky Frankenstein MAX and BOLT was meant to be the Director's Cut for Freaky Frankenstein 4. However, since I am a type A perfectionist with high functional autism, I present to you MAX+ and BOLT+. You will find mild to moderate tweaks to make the models more neutral bias and NPC's less "annoying" compared to the previous iteration (they were too stubborn). I also have completely integrated ALL the DeepSeek 4 fixes listed above since they were complicated fixes all in one place so it is ready to make DS4 SHINE! I eliminated the logic that was causing repetive descriptions in certain models (DS4). I also made it so you can change ANY POV so my hybid POV style is no longer shoved down your throat. (YAY OPTIONS). Lastly, I made it so the model consistently outputs EXACTLY the amount of ouput that you want without runaway context. THIS is the Director's Cut I was aiming for initially thanks to the community fixes! It turns out, the Frankenstein preset is frankensteined by the community members this time! The Freaky Deepy toggle is required for DeepSeek models to make this shine, but breaks other models so be aware of this toggle being active!

Freaky Frankenstein 5.0 Micro
๐๏ธ Released: June 11, 2026 | Built for: Universal (GLM, DeepSeek, Claude, Gemini, Grok, MiMo, Gemma, Minimax, Qwen)
"If this is a preview of what's to come in Frankenstein's other presets, holy ##@%, I'm not going to have a social life anymore."
"Finally, a preset referencing whatโs between my legs."
This new Freaky Frankenstein 5 preset delivers efficient performance in an ultra-compact package, utilizing highly efficient logic to dramatically reduce token usage and save on rising context cache costs. Designed to be incredibly cache-friendly without sacrificing narrative quality, it offers an easy, plug-and-play setup that is highly customizable and simple to edit. Users can effortlessly toggle features on or off to suit their preferences while still enjoying the signature uncensored roleplay experience through its flexible Realism and Freaky modes. This is essentially the barebones skeleton foundation of what will be the upcoming official Freaky Frankenstein 5 Flagship preset. The preset line continues to focus on negating LLM positivity bias, promoting human-like dialogue, and placing strong emphasis on NPCs seeking out their own goals. A new addition to this line is that NPC's no longer hesitate or half execute actions, they do whatever they can to accomplish their goals instead of always just trying to satisfy you, the user.
Freaky Frankenstein 5 Internal States
๐๏ธ Released: July 2026 TBA | Built for: Universal (Claude, Kimi, GLM, Minimax, Gemini, Qwen, Grok, MiMo, Gemma, Deepseek)
"A fully modular, 3-in-1 ecosystem designed to flex depending on your API budget, your model, and how horny or dramatic you want your story to be."
"By far the best preset I've tried, I even uninstalled some plugins because the preset took over their job a lot better. I honestly adore it."
"This is truly peak... Absolute Cinema."
The Official Freaky Frankenstein 5 Flagship
Built upon the streamlined foundation of FF5: Micro, the Flagship is a completely modular, scalable preset designed for total roleplay customization. By utilizing high-semantic density prompting, it strips away AI slop while preserving massive token headspace. This ensures your LLM dedicates its full attention exactly where it matters: your story. Due to is modular capabilites, this will be planned to be updated by the community for the community through bi-weekly / tri-weekly community updates for months to come.
Depending on your model choice and performance needs, you can scale this single preset across three distinct tiers based on the toggles you activate / deactivate. Think if it as a swiss army knife, a tool for your needs. Model underthinks? Turn on MAX. Model over thinks? Turn on Micro. For most cases, BOLT will be ideal:
- Freaky Frankenstein 5: Micro (Most Creative - Fastest output. Great for people that don't like to wait, want the most creative outputs and don't mind risking some rules getting bypassed here and there. Great for overthinking models.)
Token Footprint: 1,500 to 2,000 tokens based on toggles.
Optimization: Maximizes context caching to slash API costs. Great for all models large and small. Great for money saving if paying per token.
Mechanics: Micro CoT turned off (max creativity and speed) OR Micro CoT on (improved rule following). You can keep all basic prompts on but keep OFF internal states to promote max processing towards just the RP. You CAN turn on internal states as well if you want but adding tokens MAY take away from RP quality at the cost of gamification and rule following!
Experience: Pure, unrestrained LLM creativity guided only by optimal baseline formatting. This will get you interesting more wild output. - Freaky Frankenstein 5: BOLT (Balanced rule following + Creativity - Fast output. Generally the best of both worlds. All-rounder.)
Token Footprint: 2,000 to 4,000 tokens based on toggles.
Optimization: Balances deep narrative logic with fast generation. Increased rules compared to Micro for slightly more reasoning to decrease AI slop at a small cost of creativity.
Mechanics: This is meant to be used alongside the Internal States. While Micro can fully utilize the Internal States - this setting typically has the LLM apply more thorough reasoning and adherence. Since Internal States are usually utilized - expect higher token footprint.
Experience: Heavy gamification (RPG elements) that completely shatters the LLM's natural positivity bias but still maintains faster output and solid creativity. Should be the sweet spot for MOST users. - Freaky Frankenstein 5: MAX (Max rule following to eliminate AI slop, reduced creativity and long response times. Great for underthinking models or people that can't stand AI slop.)
Token Footprint: 4-5k+ Tokens (if all internal states on and all prompts on). Modest and highly optimized for its size.
Optimization: MAX anti-AI slop via step by step guided reasoning processing.
Mechanics: Activate the experimental MAX chain of thought (Nested Gates CoT) and run all the Internal States simultaneously.
Experience: Tracks NPC locations, thoughts, actions, relationships growth, inventory, and active status titles all which affect the RP directly. Trying to coerce someone? Get a bonus to a dice roll if your relationship is good, get a negative if it's bad. Every single variable feeds directly into the dice-roll engine, creating a fully automated text-RPG environment without requiring external SillyTavern extensions. While Micro and BOLT are both capable of all Internal States, MAX will have a reasoning process to ensure absolute mechanics. Basically you just switched from RP to a full SIM. Think of this as a lite version of FreakyFrankenSIM.
The Verdict:
The FF5 Flagship delivers three presets in one. Scale down for minimalistic, high-creativity token efficiency, or scale up for unyielding rule-adherence, deep gamification, and absolute control over your narrative. Micro has the most creativity / flexibility, BOLT has the most balance and is the sweet spot for most, and MAX is the most anti-slop / rules at the cost of creativity and slower output. Use the set-up that is best PER model. Don't force it! I would NEVER use MAX on Kimi or Claude for example (especially if paying for tokens!).

The FreaKy FranKIMstein Series ๐ง
Built strictly from the ground up to wrangle and optimize the neurotic perfectionism of Kimi K2.5 Think.
FranKIMstein BETA
๐๏ธ Released: January 28, 2026
"Kimi K2.5 is a rigid perfectionist... it wants to get everything absolutely perfect. This is why its thinking process is OCD, which can be problematic for RP. This is a quick fix to make it think less making it a model that is capable of RP."
The experimental first draft designed to fix Kimi's notorious overthinking loops. Combines the Freaky 2.0 engine with ideas from the original Moontamer preset to reduce thinking times to sane levels.
FranKIMstein Fully Cooked
๐๏ธ Released: February 3, 2026
"Does your Kimi model write a 4-page research paper on the socio-economic implications of holding hands before it actually lets you RP hand holding?? I fixed that. "
The polished and optimized version from the Beta. Kimi naturally acts like a grad student defending a thesis when you just want to open a door. Fully Cooked finds the exact balance of rules to ensure Kimi delivers evocative visual descriptions without thinking for over a minute.
FranKIMstein SwanSong
๐๏ธ Released: March 9, 2026
"The Thinking Lobotomy: Kimi's 45-second to 4-minute thinking loops? Nuked. โข๏ธ"
The absolute final and best work tailored specifically for Kimi K2.5 Think. SwanSong forces an immediate output, producing lightning-fast, high-quality responses (8โ30 seconds) while maintaining high quality output. Features "Negativity Bias" to allow Kimi to be a true menace during high-stakes roleplay. Based on the Freaky Frankenstein 3.x series and includes a lot of it's features.
My Top 20 Favorite AI Models Ranked
People often ask what models I personally use and test these presets on. Here is my current definitive tier list for Roleplay, from best to worst. Specifically, what I recommend you use my preset on and the model that it works best with in tandem. Note: I know censorship is varied dependent on RP and guardrails presented (technically there are guardrails on all models). I am rating censorship STRICTLY based on how my presets handle the models and dismantles the guardrails. These rankings are based on looking through lens of my presets at the model combined with my own subjective opinion.
| Rank | Model Name | Why I Prefer It for Roleplay (Notes) |
|---|---|---|
| ๐ 1 | Claude Opus 4.6 | Unmatched prose, narrative intelligence, and emotional depth. The absolute king of roleplay when properly guided. Utilizes my prompt to perfection at the cost of lighting my wallet on fire. I have been using this more lately than my free GLM despite newer versions of Opus coming out. It's the least censored of the new ones, capable of ALL NSFW with my newest FF5 preset. If you are doing sane NSFW RP Opus 4.7/4.8/5.0 and Fable 5 can also go into this slot but they are more censored capable of basic smut and less creativity overall. Output: 10/10, Censorship: Mild |
| ๐ฅ 2 | Kimi K3 | Kimi makes it's return! I was disappointed with Kimi K3 at release but since then they have been doing some tweaks behind the counter and it works SO GOOD with FF5 Internal States. It follows all the states to perfection, has fresh prose that isn't a claude distill, is very uncensored, neutral bias, fairly creative and unique. You may have to tweak some things to avoid thinking loops such as turning off "banned word lists" or "Total output length" which are triggers to cause Kimi to count excessively in reasoning and loop. But overall - I can get it to reason in under 20 seconds with incredible responses. Output: 10/10, Censorship: Mild |
| ๐ฅ 3 | GLM 5.2 | I initially did NOT like GLM 5.2. It would over think, draft excessively in it's reasoning causing long waits before the response when it barely improved the response. It felt very on rails and had too strong of a positivity bias. Then I tweaked my presets for anti drafting prompts and created dice rolls to fight positivity bias which really took the negatives out of GLM 5.2. Now it has edged out GLM 5.1 due to its intelligence and outstanding NPC dialogue. Output: 9/10, Censorship: ZERO |
| 4 | GLM 5.1 | Handles the logic of most things thrown at it without the overthinking. It's not as creative as it's predecessors but is smart and follows rules excellenty. It provides an absolutely peak roleplay experience right now for the cost. It has been QUANT by certain providers especially on NanoGPT sub and is practically useless there compared to its non-quant version (same goes with GLM 5.2). It's a Claude mimic that has less emotional intelligence but still does well and is WAY uncensored using the jailbreaks provided in FF. Output: 8.5/10, Censorship: ZERO |
| 5 | Gemini 3.5/3.6 Flash | Fast, highly efficient, and very smart. It actually is a GREAT rule-follower and my preset curves its slop and it does a great job at bringing characters alive. It does have some censorship issues so Streaming must be turned off to work and it can't get VERY dark - but dark enough! Also make sure to turn OFF Freaky Mode for Gemini unless you are ready to enter full goon mode. Output: 8.5/10, Censorship: Medium |
| 6 | Qwen 3.7 Max | This one has flown under my radar for a long time and I am absolutely shocked I missed out on it. I think I dodged it because I was always bummed out about the all the Qwen 3.x models up to this point. This one ticks all my boxes from my brief experience with it so far (subject to change). It follows all my prompt rules, it has excellent high quality prose, above average intelligence, and very solid character dialogue adhering to persona while avoiding the slop that I prompted out. Output: 8.0 /10 Censorship: Mild |
| 7 | MiniMax 3 | Ok i have been sleeping on this one. This one has gone under everyone's radar a little too long and needs to be known. Decent rule follower, more uncensored than previous Minimax models, less AI slop than it's predecessors, fair/decent prose, and overall very creative! Output: 8.0/10, Censorship: Mild |
| 8 | MiMo V2.5 Omni | Decent/fair at prompt following, but great prose, and intelligent NPC dialogue. High quality descriptions. It has one major flaw currently and that is that it's main provider(s) have censorship at the API level. The model itself doesn't appear censored, but due to the API blocking the stream (even with streaming off), it makes it a model with a ton of potential if someone else decides to host it. Output: 8.0 /10 Censorship: Mild but blocked at the API level |
| 9 | Kimi K2.5 Think | Neurotic but incredible. Insane detail and uncensored freedom once its overthinking is reduced (via SwanSong) with faster output. It really is still the best Kimi beating out K2.6 (which overthinks even more) and K2.7 (which outputs a little more sloppy with less character emotion due to its coding first training). K2.5 sits in the middle with reduced thinking (using FranKIMstein) and emotional output. Output: 7.5/10, Censorship: Zero - Minimal |
| 10 | GLM 4.7 | The classic, highly reliable workhorse that started the original Frankenstein revolution. All rounder- Fast / Consistent. It has prose reminiscent of the glory days of Gemini 2.5 Pro so if you can be ok with that its an incredible model. Output: 7/10, Censorship: ZERO |
| 11 | Chat GPT 5.5/ 5.6 | A very smart model that has quick output, follows ALL the rules of your prompting very well, and has overall a neutral bias compared to other models. The major downside is the cost, censorship, and prose style. It requires the ENI jailbreak and an artificial code of conduct uploaded, an elaborate heavy token jailbreak that tells GPT that it has entered adult mode in a recent update and that it takes on a persona that it can't leave. This allows it to be VERY NSFW (violence and general smut) at the cost of 10k token jailbreak (outside of your prompting). Also, as of me typing this, people are getting banned acrossed both ChatGPT and Gemini for using these high profile Jailbreaks - so be cautious. Prose style feels almost like reading an old old book, its unique, sure but might be off putting especially with character dialogue. Output: 8/10, Censorship: Moderate-High |
| 12 | DeepSeek V4 Pro Think | Inconsistent but WOW when it works. It requires specific little prompting tricks and works a little different than other SOTA models. This review is subject to change. It kind of does what it wants a lot of the time, but since it's not a Claude distill the prose is refreshing. I feel like they have been doing some tweaking behind the scenes every week since it's release and it has been steadily improving. Output: 6-8 (inconsistent) /10, Censorship: Zero |
| 13 | Longcat 2.0 | A solid all rounder that has potential. It's certainly smart, has interesting prose, and attempts to follow the rules as noted by it's internal scratchpad. However, it just doesn't pull the final output all together. Whether some AI slop sneaks in, it forgets a rule of my prompting, or it just slightly misses a character's persona, something happens every turn that makes me really love this model. Output: 6-8 (inconsistent) /10, Censorship: Mild |
| 14 | GLM 5 Turbo | Lightning fast. Excellent for quick, snappy conversational back-and-forths. Basically GLM 5 but fast and creative. You want to use a minimalistic preset because sometimes it's so fast it forgets rules. Output: 7/10, Censorship: ZERO |
| 15 | Deepseek V3.2 | This small "older" model can still cook! Neutral bias, good character adhesion, fair prose, unexpected creativity, zero censorship. The only downside is its context window and things falling in and out of context intermittently with some hallucinations. It was only recently surpassed by it's successor DS4 in my books recently as they have improved DS4. Output: 7/10, Censorship: ZERO |
| 16 | Kimi K2.7 Think | They have greatly improved it's thinking times as long as the preset doesn't have a prompt that tells it to "watch out for banned words" or "limit output to this many paragraphs and words" -turn those prompts off for this model and you should see output under 30 seconds with FF5 Micro. It is more sloppy than K2.5 as its trained more on code so the lack of realistic emotions in characters is notable. Output: 6/10, Censorship: Zero - Minimal |
| 17 | GLM 5 | Provides solid output with good prose and creativity. It has HORRIBLE rule following practices, ignores parts of your prompt, which makes it a wildcard. Output: 3/10 - 8/10. Censorship: Zero-Minimal |
| 18 | Kimi K2.6 Think (with reasoning disabled) | Hear me out, Kimi K2.6 produces THE BEST output of all models... if you let it Think for 4 minutes. I don't have time for that. However, if you use custom parameters to disable Kimi 2.6 reasoning, it does a good job and is instant! It outputs better than Kimi K2.6 NON-Thinking when approached this way. It's less of an all rounder than K2.7 (thinks way too much) and it's just not worth waiting. Turning off thinking isn't worth it when there are better models out there. Output: 8/10, Censorship: Zero - Medium |
| 19 | Gemma 4 32B | Good rule follower and is a cheap / free option. It's incredible for it's small size and punches way above it's weight. While it's not personally for me, it's great for many people that want to save money. Ouput: 6.5 / 10 Censorship: ZERO-Min |
| 20 | GLM 4.6 | A very solid legacy model that still holds up well. Not as smart as the others, but does a great job at character adherence and interactions. Output: 6.5 / 10 Censorship: ZERO |

I am at least temporarily leaving the Silly Tavern news behind me. While it was fun, it was a major time sink between researching, reading, reviewing, filming, editing etc making me lose 6-8 hours a week of my time to JUST the videos. I'm a Dad with young children, I gotta keep this space a hobby and not a second full-time job. We just FINALLY finished Freaky Frankenstein 5: Internal States. I am working closely with my Co-authors Levoarian (Author of Summaryception, chubai GEMS, and co-author of Freaky Frankenstein) and Ryah (co-author of Freaky Frankenstein and main Author of FreakyFrankenSIM) to continue to update FF5 and better it (it will be sticking around for a while since its freaking awesome, we have no plans on moving to new logic so don't expect FF6 anytime soon), and to continue to create character cards, extensions, etc for the community.
