taking in my designs, art or commissions means you agree to my t.o.s. failure to abide by these rules will result in a blacklist, with no exceptions.
GENERAL RULES
¬ do not sell or trade my ocs onto amino or any platform im not on ¬ do not private my art / designs WITHOUT INFORMING ME ¬ ghosting is not tolerated ( no reply for more than 48 hours.)
payment methods: paypal, e-giftcards, other may be discussed in private.
DESIGNS
¬ do not steal my designs ¬ I do not do refunds UNLESS I have not completed the work ¬ do not draw NSFW work of my feral/anthro designs (human designs acceptable) ¬ do not overvalue my designs (unless more art is added)
COMMISSIONS
¬ i can only offer a maximum of one week long hold for monetary payments above $30 ¬ i have no exact turnover time, and usually can only give a rough estimation. ¬ the commission will not start until you have paid or paid part of ¬ WIPs will be sent usually within 3 days. ¬ i will not do any favor that you ask me to aside from what has been commissioned from me ¬ please, my prices r set in stone, and i refuse to lower my prices, or give you free art
OWED ART/OFFERS ON OCS
¬ if you do not complete owed art within one month, i will put the oc back ufo no matter your progress with your owed art, UNLESS you have a reasonable explanation for it. ¬ trading and selling an oc if you have accepted my offer without telling me beforehand will result in blocks and blacklists.
BLACKLIST
these users have broken my T.O.S. or made me uncomfortable, and will have 0 chance of reappealing.
