Treaty of Westphasia

Article I: Territorial Changes

1.1 The Empire of Syndeoneia will formally end its union with the Empire of Ayakkayolia. The Provinces of Loumikon and Amareias will be ceded to Syndeoneia.
1.2 The Empire of Syndeoneia will cede the province of Margivana to the Empire of Artava.
1.3 The Empire of Syndeoneia will cede the province of Phokaia to the Empire of Antiocheia
1.4 The Empire of Syndeoneia will cede the islands of Kissmasos, Antipatros, Gloura, Skyros, and Delos to the Tsukinode Teikoku. It will also cede the Tsuomala Peninsula to the Tsukinode Teikoku.
1.5 All claims on these territories and other claims on the Empires of Artava and Antiocheia will be renounced.
1.6 Any attempt at reuniting Empire of Syndeoneia and Empire of Ayakkayolia will be a breach of this treaty.

Article II: Repartitions and Indemnities

2.1 The Empire of Syndeoneia will pay repartitions and indemnities to the Retro Reich, Tsukinode Teikoku, Empire of Artava, and Empire of Antiocheia. (Meta: Large but undefined.)
2.2 These payments will be overseen by the Syndeoneian Repayment Bureau (SGA) which each nation mentioned, including the Empire of Syndeoneia will have a representative. This Bureau will be led by the Tsukinode Teikoku.
2.3 Should these payments be unable to be met in time, penalties will be enforced based on severity ranging from a fine to the leasing of land or a city. Arbitration with be conducted by independent agencies.
2.4 Should the Empire of Syndeoneia default on its debt, proclaim that the payments cannot be payed, or any such matter, the Bureau will seek to address the debts through other means such as the aforementioned leasing.
2.5 Part of the repartitions to the Empire of Arvata shall be paided by the ceding of the fleet of Syndeoneia to them.

Article III: Demilitarization

3.1 A demilitarized zone of 30km shall be set up between the following areas, with concessions given to borders with non-treaty nations and Kallipolis:
a. Tsuomala Peninsula
b. Phokaia
c. Margivana
3.2 All fortifications, armories, barracks and other facilities in these zones shall be demolished. The exemption will allow these facilities to exist in the DMZ on the aforementioned borders with non-treaty nations that also border the DMZ.
3.3 Another concession will be given regarding the port of Kallipolis, where it is allowed to keep its facilities too.

Article IV: War Guilt

4.1 The Empire of Syndeoneia will accept that the war was their fault entirely and that their aggression was condemnable.
4.2 All parties that sign this treaty agree on this, but also encourage other nations to forgive their reckless actions.

Article V: Conclusion

5.1 All parties agree to good relations in the future between each other.
5.2 The Empire of Artava and the Tsukinode Teikoku will guarantee the independence of the Empire of Syndeoneia for 50 years.
5.3 Any foreign opposition to this treaty shall be seen as break of this peace and said foreign power will face diplomatic consequences from all signees.
