Ⓝoteㅤ⨾ㅤinspo credits is /hydro , comparison I've been informed the og idea was made by /screens so credits to them ! Sorry for the late credits i wasn't aware ^^; its was never mentioned on /hydro

This is my own style /miitsuba mixed with the idea of light and dark mode which is NOT owned by anyone . No one owns this idea and never has . The person copyright striking me was never my inspo /hydro was .

This page cannot be copyright striked . The inspiration was not /screens and i had no way of knowing . When /screens reached out i added credits and specifically mentioned tl them i was inspired by /hydro . It is NOT fair to copyright me over something i couldn't have possibly known about . I have compared my design to /hydro . I will not change this design as its not fair . I have added the appropriate credits and promised NOW that i know i will not use this style again . I made this page with no intentions to copy or harm and was UNAWARE it is not my fault and i will not be guilt tripped . /Screens should have made sure /hydro added credits and noted they weren't okay with inspo . However they didn't . I am innocent and this situation is due to /hydros inability to credit . If anyone should get banned it should be them for taking credits for the idea .

Hypothetically if someone bought an item from a company that indulges in child labour UNKNOWINGLY would you punish them or would you inform them so they don't support that company again ? The person should not be expected to waste the item by binning it either . This case is exactly the same . I was unaware and will not delete my hard work for something that was NEVER my fault . This page has been decorated like this for MONTHS without issue . This is a personal attack . I will not change my page and its wrong to ban it . I will not use this style in the future as i am NOW aware of /screens boundary . But i will not discard my hard work over someone else's lack of credits . Please see any copyright reports go to /hydro for missinformation as they are the ones that never credited and missled me to believe the style was theirs .

Me adding credits is showing that i never did this to harm . This design took hours and it was never my fault /hydro missled viewers . Do not punish someone who was never even aware . Take the credits and simply leave me be . Guilt tripping and threats are not the way to convince me to abandon my hard work .
