you were watching a Kronii stream
everything was normal
she was playing through a game
it was some indie game that she obviously bought after it was recommended to her on steam
this was a charm point of hers
in this game you had a friend
Kronii was of course attached to this friend because she gets really immersed in games
maybe it should be got not gets...
it was the holidays
she always seemed down at this time of year
it had been years since her first year where she exhibited this
unlike the previous years she seemed to be doing well this year
she really enjoyed this game
she had been playing this for the greater part of the year, it seemed a bit long for an indie game...
it showed no signs of ending but she enjoyed it so it didn't matter
Kronii was at another part of the game with the friend, she really enjoyed these parts
she was back at home in this game, the friend of course was gone for this part
you could do a lot in this game, Kronii seemed to enjoy living through the game like she did her real life
she went to sleep in game
when she woke up she got a message in game
her stream temporarily shut off all but the audio
she was obviously using the in game phone, this is where the messages came from
you heard her read something from this
"your friend sadly-"
she cut off
you could only hear a few noises
they sounded like sobs
the stream suddenly shut off
she didn't stream the next day or the day after that
then the third day you saw a tweet from cover
"shocking news relating to talent Ouro Kronii"
you read through it
oh my God
this can't be happening

at the bottom was a picture
a note
it was obviously written by Kronii
this note...
what it said...
on the bottom of the note a picture was drawn
it was by Kronii
it was of her and her fans
"I will always love you guys~"
that game
it brought back pain
she couldn't take it anymore
the vod was deleted
you searched for the game and found nothing
that game...
it seemed a bit...
Kronii really enjoyed it...
she seemed to be familiar with the game's events despite never playing it before
the main character of the game looked a bit familiar
the game was diverse
one stage the main character gets bullied, at this part Kronii showed pain
another one the main character stepped on a nail, Kronii winced
there was even one part where the main character fought with there parents over career choices...
Kronii had taken a one week break after that one
a notification appeared on your phone
It said Kronii was streaming
that can't be true
you went into this stream
the chat displayed one viewer
this must be an error
her stream set up appeared
it was significant darkened
you could make out a faint silhouette of Kronii beside the screen that displayed the game
inside the box it was dark
a game was running
despite how dark it was you could tell
it was The Game
you looked closer and saw a silhouette of the main character
they were standing slightly higher, as if on a stool or something
there was a line coming from the ceiling down towards the main character
it...
it wrapped around their neck
they kicked the stool
their body dropped only to be caught by the...
rope...
they struggled and began clawing at their neck almost regretfully
they eventually stopped
the silhouette of Kronii's avatar beside the screen fell limp
the stream ended
