There are several small islands on the fetish coast that can house /feet/ and while they are admittedly lack luster it matches with how jannies were particularily prudish when it came to them compared to the pruning of other fetish generals.
I also suggest that /vsj+/ offer them aid, I frequent the general often and watch streams but I don't know if they have an official rep here or not so take this as you will. /vsj+/ has a large amount of territory but relatively little lore or substantial aid in terms of worlbuilding, I don't even think they have a post in the archives. My suggestion is that /vsj+/ enters into a trading pact with /feet/ to supply them with supplies and equipment that will allow them to survive in cold polar climate, along with this I'd add my own piece of lore to justify why /vsj+/ would do something which seems to just be charity work.
You only need to skim /x/ to get a glance of conspiracy theory posts about secret ancient antarctic pyramids or ancient technology that the government is keeping from everyone for whatever reason.
For us, this could mean that large amounts of chuubanite have been found in desolate polar wastelands and big nations are desperate to keep this a secret and begin operations to extract the chuubanite before any other powers can interfere. Here is why I think /vsj+/ should be the ones to do this aside from them having a culture that celebrates sex and degeneracy.
Pink Cat is perhaps the biggest chuuba that we know for certain browses /vt/ and her history with the boards in general implies certain interesting ideas, pair that with her actual character lore of being a horrible eldritch monstrosity that forgot her past and now we have something to actually add.

The Nyacolytes have found evidence that suggest that more than chuubanite lies dormant in those icebergs, they believe that the goddess herself is embedded in ice and is awaiting the time when she will be unthawed and released onto the world, becoming the strongest /here/ chuuba that ever was. Scraps of her divine fur and frozen droplets of her precious healing milk have been taken back to the motherland where dark rituals are concoted in order to create clones of the goddess in hopes that her divine essence may transfer from the Broodmother to her bastard daughters. These clones are often malformed and afflicted with mental ailments which render there jibberings meaningless to the untrained ear however many are still kept hidden for purposes of propogation and the occasional trade with /meat/. Of course, given that /ouh/ is /feet/'s nearest neighbor, I'd imagine a large amount of friction given Pink Cat's history and if they were to ever find out that she resided south I don't doubt a war would be waged in order to slay her in vengance for her grand betrayal of their culture. I have to go wage soon so I might not get the chance to elaborate further on how the other nations might deal with their polar problem but I hope the idea sparks enough interest to get some lore going.
