Enneagram is comprised of several miniature typology systems, which can make it quite intimidating, but also quite fun! To begin, each type starts out with a "core". The core is any number between, and including, 1 and 9 - It is your core and true typing that everything else will be based around.
These Enneagram types are subdivided into three quadrants - Gut, Heart, and Head. Each section has a different focus and will come in handy later when we discuss Trifixes/Tritypes.
They are comprised of:
Gut: 8, 9, 1
Heart: 2, 3, 4
Head: 5, 6, 7
Adding on, you have a "wing". Your wing is your "influence" on your core type, adding in a more specific behavior pattern.
The Types:
Cores + Wings:
1w9 1w2 2w1 2w3 3w2 3w4
4w3 4w5 5w4 5w6 6w5 6w7
7w6 7w8 8w7 8w9 9w8 9w1
Cores on their own are just numbers 1 through 9

Click the link above and scroll to your MBTI, then select the E0 (ie. INTP + 4) that fits you best. Then, look up and down from that number (ie. E5 & E3) and choose the one that fits—that's your wing. For this example, let's say that E5 fits more—that would make you an INTP 4w5.
