About

The goal of our verification program is to meet the needs of the community by finding reputable brand ambassadors who will promote themselves in, cater to and be held responsible by the community.

We allow two types of verification, online and local. An individual may have both, but must reapply if starting with one and adding another later on.

Note: Brand Ambassadors may be referred to by several names: ✅, brand ambassadors, advertisers and advisors.

As a community and as individuals in the admin team, we take no responsibility for and do not claim to know anything about interactions that occur off of the main page of the community in users' own accounts or private messages. As far as we know, our vendors are selling digital content equivalent to role-playing, and we have discussed these virtual products with them.

Our Sellers

These users are the current verified advisors working personally with the admins. We consider them investors in the community and they are permitted and encouraged to utilize a direct line to the community owner. This allows us to hear their requests, ideas and complaints directly, and build trust over time.

To verify a user we must go through a rigorous verification including proof of prior virtual transactions, an interview about their sales process and expectations, and reviews with dated product receipt from multiple buyers. During this we may ask for screenshots from various platforms, photos of your personalized goods and previous proof of legitimate sale, names of recent buyers who can confirm a seller's legitimacy, or samples of products (such as art) to directly verify their quality and variety.

Some key aspects to who we verify are attitude, past history including when they started selling, process in shipping or making sales, and willingness to work with the community. None of the things we ask for are without reason, and some are required universally for all vendors.

Please remember that you hold a privileged position in which you are backed and supported by the admins of the community, have a direct line of communication, and access to an audiencs of over 3500 viewers. If you need to know why a certain requirement exists don't hesitate to ask; we have multiple reasons for each criteria and will freely discuss each detail with you.

Our Buyers

Regular community members who purchase tokens and art have an important role, which is to verify and judge the quality, speed and customer service of the vendor. Reviews and touchdowns are encouraged to go in #realrx especially if the seller doesn't have many there, since your review will help others feel secure in trusting the vendor. If you have an issue during shipping or purchasing, please try and resolve it with the seller and make sure they're aware of it before bashing them in reviews. No brand ambassador wants their name tarnished, and they will often try to make it right if they are legitimate.

If you have a complaint about one of these you should include it in your #realrx review, but if you have an issue you should bring it up directly to administration. We will work with you to figure out the best resolution while also taking the seller's account into mind. Keep in mind that it is not uncommon for one or two weeks to pass before package delivery, depending on the method of shipping and the distance shipped.

Remember, without buyers our advisors would not have an interest in getting verified, and the brand project would have to be discontinued. Don't hesitate to message the verification team for suggestions or recommendations for an advisor who suits your needs, questions about the verification process or a specific ✅, or any issues you may have. In addition, @GnatRx specializes in scam detection and is willing to go through any conversation you suspect to be scamming, whether a verified seller or not. Lastly, if you have significant proof of a verified seller secretly being a scammer in the past or currently, please reach out to the admin. Proof of other sellers being scammers should go in #scamwarning on the community page. Proof means you were scammed, you spoke to someone who was scammed, you know for certain an account previously known to scam has madd a new account, and you have screenshots.

Verification

Requirements

All ambassadors must have at least 100 followers and be involved in the community as a regular member before applying. You must be able to verify ownership of any alternate social media platforms on request.
Artists will need to watermark their photos posted on the community to both prove that they are not stealing and prevent others stealing from them. It is common.
Advisors must check in every month with the admin, and be amenable to requests made of them. They must primarily advertise their Twitter account in the community, without coercing or pushing users to use a different platform, unless there is a special reason shared during verification.

While the verification process is similar in requirements each time, it is tailored to the individual. Some requirements are asked only of certain applicants and some requirements are asked of all, but every requirement is open to amendment if your situation requires it. Each requirement is considered by the mod team to be reasonable to ask of an applicant, and we care about your success as much as you do. We just need to know you care about the community as much as we do.

History Requirements

We request at least three sets of screenshots where the sale to a user and the same user receiving a product is shown. Currently, only Twitter sales apply, and whether you use Telegram or not you must advertise and sell to Twitter users on their home platform.

Telegram only ambassadors are not allowed in the group without a vouch from a Twitter user or the information of someone who can provide a review. Remember we are promoting to Twitter users and the audience looking for reliable advisors who are primarily using Twitter. You must confirm during the process that you will not push users to use a different platform, but we do not prohibit you from advertising other platforms as a whole.

History Bonuses

  • Photos of the product and/or any contents (touchdown)
  • Reviews or positive commentary
  • Repeat customers are a bonus, but one customer may only count once in your history total
  • Contact information of buyers, especially repeats
Interview Requirements

Throughout verification there will be a casual interview conducted. We do not reveal most questions in advance and some are not relevant to whether the seller is chosen as a community vendor. Some information will be noted in a document for reference when adding you to the list on this page.

Questions help the admin determine:

  • if the seller knows what they're talking about
  • what level of experience they have
  • what kind of security measures or other special practices they have
  • what they hope to accomplish
  • their level of investment in the community

Additionally, these questions help the admin later on to reassure customers and prove or disprove claims of illegitimacy.

Being openly new to selling is not necessarily a disqualifier, and is in fact preferred over lying, and a seller can be experienced in local sales and new to shipping and potentially be verified for both. New sellers may be asked to send a set of samples to moderators to allow them to determine as a group whether to allow the seller to go on to advertise to the community.

Certain questions are used to enter information on the ✅ list, or written down for other reasons related to management and tracking. Have the following information ready:

  1. Socials used or alts of socials for advertising and sales
  2. Type of payments accepted, preferred payment method
  3. Preferred platform, verification of ownership of all platforms doing sales
  4. General list of products sold
  5. Any deals, caveats, rules or other info potential buyers might want
  6. (OPTIONAL) A metric of estimated money made in a month and/or sales completed. This will be used to develop a statistic later on, so make sure to track these during your time as an advisor if you provide them here.
Local Verification

Local verification is less strict than for shipping, but we still require proof of history including touchdowns/reviews and for local sales we require one of more of your buyers to contact us and give us a personal vouch. Local sellers need to post their location in each advertisement tweet or specify they are local only if the location is in the user's profile.

Verification Period

The initial verification lasts for one month and must be renewed through the admin for following months. On successful confirmation of verification, advisors will be informed of their verification date, which marks the time they can start advertising and the day that ability ends the next month. Several days before that time are the review period where the admin and brand ambassador discuss how the experience of the past month has been. Advisors must renew their verification by the end of the verification date on each month (or the last day of months without the verification date's number), or they are considered to have left the program and return to the normal userbase.

The advisor, upon completing verification, agrees that they will be using the platform for the next month to advertise. If for any reason they do not use the full month, any costs or items of value sent as part of verification are considered non-refundable as the only reason to void the contract would be if they were to back out themself or have an administrative issue. Both are considered breaking the month long agreement. Each subsequent month after the check-in (focused on the happiness of the ✅ and community with each other), they may choose to negotiate the terms of the standing agreement, continue as is, or cancel their contract. As before, any agreed upon exchange with monetary value is nonrefundable.
