SPD Boosts received by Voyager are converted into SPD Reduction. Whenever Phenomena's Efficacy is increased, boost "Rest and Moor"'s SPD by that amount. When allies receive a hit while protected by Pillow Fort, increase its Efficacy by 2%.
When taking action, Voyager enters the “Sweet Slumber” state, being unable to act. Pillow Fort’s duration is refreshed. For allies who are not protected by Pillow Fort, cast a barrier equal to Voyager's Skill. After, the Phenomena "Rest and Moor" inherits Voyager's current SPD. When turn starts again, end "Sweet Slumber" state and recover 30% Efficacy. During "Sweet Slumber", cannot generate Efficacy. During “Sweet Slumber”, attacks inflicted upon team members will deal Nascent DMG equal to 30% — 60% of the original hit plus Nascent DMG equal to 5.9% — 20% of the total team’s Max HP.
