lesbian = denoting or relating to women who are sexually or romantically attracted exclusively to other women, or to sexual attraction or activity between women.
bisexual = a person who is romantically, sexually, or emotionally attracted to more than one gender
butch = an identity within the LGBTQIA+ community of some people whose outward gender expression matches their culture's understanding of masculinity.
aroace = a term for individuals who identify as both aromantic (experiencing little to no romantic attraction) and asexual (experiencing little to no sexual attraction)
transmasc = is an umbrella term that describes a transgender person (generally, but not exclusively), who was assigned female at birth, and whose gender is masculine and/or who express themselves in a masculine way.
demiromantic = someone who only develops romantic feelings for another person when they have a strong emotional connection to them
intersex = have genitals, chromosomes or reproductive organs that don't fit into a male/female sex binary
fluid = this term refers to the fact that sexuality, sexual attraction, and sexual behavior can change over time and vary based on circumstances.
apothisexual = refers to someone who identifies as asexual and finds sex and/or sexual activity to be disgusting or uncomfortable. Individuals who use this term are affected by sex in the media to varying degrees, and may try to avoid its presence altogether. This term should not be confused with 'sex-negative', which means finding sex immoral.
nickilosexual = when one is attracted to stereotypical romantic antics. This could be valentines day cards, chocolate boxes, paying on the first date, etc.
proxysexual = a sexual orientation for those who feel as if they have a strong connection with a sexual orientation, or with the concept of sexual attraction, but do not have the will or the ability to figure that attraction out.
duosexual = describes a person who has two or more well-defined sexualities that they switch between (eg. cupiosexual and fraysexual).
