Background Information

Louis is the grandson of the famous Pierre d'Avranches, the victor of the Glorious 21st of August. His father, Jacques, is also an Imperial Naval Admiral and thus, as expected, he also joined the navy at a young age. Rising through the ranks rapidly thanks to his connections and personal ability, he was sent as a Naval Attaché to Moriji in 1130 VTE where he is now.
