Risuners and the Paladins of the Nut.

Every year during the Nut tribute, all risuners and foreigners living in the land must give every single one of their nuts to Risu as she appears in each of the major cities. As the years goes on and more cities are introduced and developed, Risu visits more of them. This not only ensures a higher chance of winning the tribute, but also creates more paladins a year.
The one with the most nuts in each city will receive the gift of Risu herself orally pleasuring them. This of course creates the ultimate orgasm a mere mortal can experience and on top of that, special armor is manifested onto that person as they are sworn to being a Paladin of the Nut on the spot.

In addition to armor and the greatest orgasm ever, these paladins are also enhanced physically. Nothing magical, but instead they reach the pinnacle of human fitness. They are strong, fast, and any diseases or problems with your body are removed instantly. The winner essentially enters a new prime of their life regardless of age.
The paladins job is to ensure the population is devout to the risuner faith and does their part in the holy month of November. Anyone trying to cheat in any way or not committing to this most sacred practice is executed on the spot and any nuts that they may have is automatically distributed to the national guard. It should be noted that no paladin can win twice.

The armor is top quality as well. Most risuner armor is very light as to not make the wearer suffer from heat stroke. Paladins are the one exception whose armor is comparable to that of a luknight. Carbon steel with a leather interior.
As the risuners are a scattered people of many tribes, it is a fact that many will have to travel great distances to do this. They are of course protected by the army who will be deployed in full to ensure safe travels as well as protect them once they reach a city. It is common for some of the less wealthy risuners to give their nuts to a representative in a chest so they do not have to travel since they now they will not win.
It is also common for them to trade their nuts for currency of other nations or to buy as many things as possible. Likewise, some risuners are so confident that they end up selling a lot of their things to gain more nuts and increase the chance of winning. Regardless, everyone is to do their part no matter how many nuts they have.

Even the witches participate but they do not make it known. Witches commonly trade many nuts for gems and the witches ensure that they and all their followers give up everything and distribute it evenly among the citizens of Pasuma.

The Tanah Kala is the only place where this does not take place as this is a risuner dark zone. Warlords and criminals most xenophobic to all life, including their fellow countrymen reside here and while they are being contained in their area, the risuners do not have the strength to liberate this area as of 1130 VTE.
