this weeks topic is ... hard to bake desserts!

such as tiramisu ! tiramisu is a italian originated dessert, made with ladyfinger cookies, instant or not espresso, mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar, marsala wine, rum and cocoa powder!

some known facts about it is that it has some known effects of aphrodisiac! it also has to be baked at a proper temperature and very specific timing. tiramisù is directly translated to “pick me up,” “carry me up,” or “lift me up.” since it has a lot of caffeine in it!
