First of all, Who's David Perry?
David Perry is a minor character from the show 'South Park'. He made his first appearance in the S23E7, AKA Board Girls. The episode itself has a bad reputation for it's transphobic charicatures of trans women. David Perry appeared in the 03:38 time mark, introducing Strong Woman to the competition, and then introducing her to Heather Swanson (AKA the transphobic charicature of the episode). His appearance ends at 05:09 time mark, making his current screentime 1:31 minutes. Sadly, David appears a lot in transphobic posts who use the scenes he appeared in for bad imagery towards the trans community.
David apparently reappeared in the South Park: Not Suitable For Children as Auction Barker Announcer. 'Apparently' as in not so sure because it was confirmed by the Trey Parker Twitter account that is probably or probably not the official account. [1] But, since the two characters share huge similarities, let's just assume it's the same person. ABA appeared in the 32:27 time mark of SP:NSFC, introducing the influencers available for companies to buy. He also calls Twitter 'X' which is huge loser pussy behavior. His screentime shortly ends at 34:54, when FBI agents invade the bidding place while he runs away in a panic. He comes back at 40:05, where he kills Logan Paul with a sniper in his assasin suit, then trying to shoot the kids before getting confronted by the police and shot down, leading to his death at 41:39, then his screentime ending at 41:47, making his full screentime throughout the whole show 10:51 minutes.
Now, there is a theory that he is not dead and that he comes back at the South Park: The End of Obesity special, where there is a guy that looks similar to him, but that is just a theory.
Throughout this whole thing, David Perry has had 16 lines, 9 for Board Girls and 7 for SP:NSFC.
Why do you like this character so much?
I have a huge attachment to him due to my neurodivergency, and cuz he's a comfort character for me.

David is white, he has a black combed hair and moustache (possibly a petit handlebar, not sure.), he holds a microphone with his right hand, he seems to be older then 30 or 40, he wears a blue tuxedo, a white long sleeve shirt of some sort underneath and a red tie. He also has a pin of a woman flexing her muscles on the right of his tuxedo. He wears black pants and black shoes.
