It’s an island based on Sao tome and Principe and central africa in general with a slight mix of west africa, poverty plagues Noctura harshly. The year is anywhere from 2000s-2012 if in a modern time at most. The incident happened 40 years prior obviously. There’s no major religions. Food is mostly fish, tropical fruits, and garri. A mix of central and west african cuisine. Not much to say I fear
