MY NAME IS WILL STETSON AND IM HOMOPHOBIC
back :d Cubfan135, known also as Cubfan or Cub, is a YouTuber and active member of the Hermitcraft Server. He has played during seasons 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. He has 822,000 subscribers. He is best known for his "Things you (possibly) didn't know about Minecraft" Series, which has garnered over 36 million views over the six-part series. His most viewed video on YouTube is Things you (possibly) didn't know about Minecraft".
Cubfan135 joined Hermitcraft at the start of Season 4 with four other YouTubers from the Kingdomcraft server (GoodTimesWithScar, Iskall85, Rendog, and Welsknight) after they were recommended to the group by PythonGB. He released his first Hermitcraft episode, "Mesa'n Around" on February 25, 2016, eventually uploading a total of 101 episodes in Season 4. Highlights from this season include founding Birchfellas to compete with the Logfellas and establishing the 5K Club with FalseSymmetry and GoodTimesWithScar.
Season 4
Main Base
Cubfan135's main base for the season was the Redlands, a lush river valley between FalseSymmetry's jellyfish and GoodTimesWithScar's frontier outpost. The base contained a recreation of the Winchester Mystery House, a working dam (complete with squid ladder), and a magma block tunnel housing an immortal end crystal (piston-pushed from spawn). Cubfan135's biggest project this season was his volcano biome, a large custom biome next to the Redlands base made of obsidian blocks.
Shops
Cubfan135 operated several shops including Hermit Horses (later remodelled into Wood World), a custom banner service and an elytra shop. He also had a mob head shop which he stocked with the help of a 256x256 block charged creeper farm. He co-owned several other businesses, running iBooks with ImpulseSV, a wool shop (Rainbow Connection) with ZombieCleo and a tipped arrow shop (Tip Top Arrow Shop) with Rendog. He also collaborated with TangoTek on a shulker box bank in the municipal district.
Minigames
Minigames created by Cubfan135 this season include Cub's Quest (where Hermits completed a series of puzzles and challenges to win prizes) and an elytra course that he created with Iskall85 that ran through the valleys of the mesa.
Season 5
Cubfan135 hesitated to continue playing on the server for Season 5 because he hates starting over in Minecraft. but he continued in Season 5 presumably due to fan requests. He released his first Hermitcraft Season 5 episode, "A New Home!", on April 13, 2017, where he stated his intention to do "more collaborations and quick progress" this season. In total, he released 169 episodes from the server in Season 5.
Cubfan135 set himself two goals at the start of the season: collecting all the mob heads and completing all the advancements. He eventually achieved both these goals in episode 51 and 99 respectively. He also brought back multiple things things from the previous season notably Jarvis the AI, player launchers and the 5K Club.
Convex
Throughout the season, Cubfan135 collaborated frequently with GoodTimesWithScar. The duo named themselves the ConVex (a viewer-suggested name) after the Vex heads they wore while carrying out pranks. By season's end they had pranked every active Hermit on the server.
Main Base
In episode 3, Cubfan135 found a Mushroom Island where he set up his base.[7] He decided to change the mycelium on his island to grass in episode 58 ("It's Going Green!"), presumably because he liked the lush green texture of grass on a mushroom island.[8] His main base lies underground on the island where his storage systems are. Some other notable builds at his base this season are his villager trading hall (which contains the hidden ConVex headquarters), slime farm, guardian farm and wool farm. He also created and managed a maximum zoomed out map of the whole server at his base.
The Cub Hub
A notable build this season was Cubfan135's personal nether hub, known as the Cub Hub, completed in episode 78.[9] The hub was an enormous build inspired by Cubfan135's interest in space. The bottom of the hub was a giant pixel art of a galaxy, while the ceiling was a spherical Minecraft planet. Overworld mobs were transported to the hub ceiling and turned upside down to look as if they were standing on the ceiling. The hub floor was made of black glass and elevated several dozen blocks off the bottom of the hub. Combined with the hub's black concrete walls, this created a disorienting effect for players, giving them the illusion that they were floating in space. The hub also contained a UFO and a flying car, a reference to the Tesla car sent to space by SpaceX. It was linked to the community nether hub via a wormhole tunnel.

Cubfan135 was the co-owner of ConCorp along with GoodTimesWithScar, which owned a great deal of the shops in the Shopping District. He collaborated with Xisumavoid and GoodTimesWithScar to build the ConCorp Studios. He died during Demise.
He also sold the Hippies a large part of the information necessary to successfully raid Area 77.
Season 7
Main Base
This Season, Cubfan135 was making his base mainly in a desert biome, where he built multiple pyramids for his starter base, farms, and main base. He called himself the pharaoh of his mega pyramid (which is meant to replicate the size of The Great Pyramid of Giza). While making the mega pyramid, Cubfan135 kept a record of all materials bought to make the pyramid so he could see how much it cost to make.
After the events of HCBBS, Cubfan135 got the deed for Docm77's Testificate Tower and his half of the mansion in GOAT Bay, making him the owner. He used this time to expand the half of the mansion in Goat Bay, adding extensions with a dining hall and a villager to be a butler. He also installed a pipe to JoeHills' nearby winery which pumps a constant supply of wine to the mansion. Docm77 and Cubfan135 later swapped back bases and work continued on the pyramid.
Under his pyramid, he has a tunnel made of blue ice that leads to his spider farm, the End, Rendog's base, and the shopping district.
Shops
His first shop was his quartz shop, later renamed Origin located at (0, 0), where he has 4 "immortal" end crystals pointing to the center of the map. After making this shop, he and ZombieCleo made a newspaper service for the Hermits called The Hermiton Herald. They then hired Xisumavoid to work as a journalist for them. Xisumavoid interviewed mayoral candidate MumboJumbo.
HWF Arena
He also participated at the first HWF in iJevin's team as Macho Man Randy Savage. He also participated in Iskall85's challenge to mine 2000 diamonds as he was running low on diamonds. He built a mini version of his mega pyramid to mine them instead of building up or sideways like most Hermits.

Cubfan135 began the season with a vision of building a large canyon. After building the necessary farms, he got to work by digging out the first section of the canyon. He covered the canyon floor with a gradient of blocks, notably including raw iron blocks, which he obtained through hours of mining. At several points along the canyon he marked spaces for caves that he built over the course of the season, housing various shops and farms. In parallel, he established The Snow Bowl Collective as a service and to supply his canyon's snow & ice shop, the Cool Corner. Also around this time, a mysterious mole man ripped up the ground in several locations around the continent.
Early in the season Cubfan135 participated in Tegg, starting by hiding the egg in plain sight as part of a lamp. After this was unsuccessful, he made increasingly ambitious hiding attempts and eventually created an elaborate puzzle maze, which secured him his victory in the game.
As Cubfan135 expanded the canyon, he added special caves such as a welcome center, map room, and a teleporter network throughout the canyon using enderpearls suspended between opposing water streams. In addition to the canyon itself, Cubfan135 proceeded to build a custom biome he called the "enchanted desert" around the canyon, notably featuring red sand, which he collected in a long grind that arguably cost him his sanity. While working on the desert, Cubfan135 also built the Leaf Spleef arena and eventually hosted a server-wide tournament.
In response to the growing moon problem, Cubfan135 put together a detailed news story, interviewing several Hermits about their stances. He also built a machine to measure the frequency and height of levitation anomalies caused by the gravitational changes. In addition, he tried several things to reverse the course of the moon, including helping ZombieCleo to push the overworld away from the moon using a giant TNT blast, recreated the "hey diddle diddle" nursery rhyme (including sending a cow over the moon) to appease the moon, and eventually joining The Mooners.
Main Base
The main base consists of a large network of canyons made mostly out of raw iron blocks, with dripstone spires shooting out of the ground to great heights. An artificial red sand desert surrounds the canyon, made block by block by Cubfan135.

Cubfan135 began the season collaborating with Rendog, living in the tiny basement of his tiny starter house. He helped build GigaPies and then built Cub's Coffee Corner. For Secret Fools Day, he haunted JoeHills' starter mansion with the Ghosts of Wordles Past. Around this time, Cubfan135 experimented with mining at different Y levels in the new world generation of Minecraft 1.18 and shared his results with his viewers extensively, in addition to building up a fortune in diamonds.
After a while, Cubfan135's basement home was flooded and he decided that he needed a new basement to live in. To his luck, GoodTimesWithScar had his basement for sale, which Cubfan135 purchased in exchange for building some plant farms. After building said farms, Cubfan135 built Cub's Greens, a shop with several floors that sells almost every non-Nether green plant. Cubfan135's new base featured several cool features such as an underwater minecart track for launching out to the sky from the Hermissippi, as well as hidden entrances under some other Hermits' bases. He participated in the The Diamond Tower Race, but instead of diamond ore blocks, he began to build his tower in pure diamond blocks. In this effort he later teamed up with ImpulseSV and xBCrafted to form the Diamond Block Beard Bros.
After Episode 15, Cubfan135 started building a large number of farms and began working on Total Chaos, which was completed after hundreds of hours of grinding (in the trademark Cubfan135 fashion) in Episode 28. Meanwhile, Cubfan135 began earnestly participating in Server Quests, notably completing quite a few using copious amounts of TNT. Soon after the completion of Total Chaos, the first session was played by a large group of hermits, and then the second session was played by Cubfan135 and Docm77 along with their guest "Mojangsters", SlicedLime and KingBDogz.
