Local Chub (08232023/10.2k)

1. Install Flask + Pillow (for PNGInfo) + Requests (for card sync) if not installed:
   pip install flask Pillow requests
2. Run the server:
   python localchub.py
3. Open http://127.0.0.1:1488/ in your browser.
