Hello! Welcome to my recipe book! This is where I post all of my favourite sweet recipes I have not created any of these! This is just for myself to find my favourites. Sources are linked when possible. 𐔌⠀ ˎˊ˗⠀︵

• blackberry cobbler
• cheese scones

⠀⠀chocolate chip cookies (10)

• 120g butter
• 75g light brown sugar
• 75g golden caster sugar
• 1 medium/large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 180g plain flower
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 150g milk chocolate
• ¼ tsp salt

1⠀⠀heat oven to 180°c/ 160°c fan/ gas 4 and line two baking sheets with parchment

2⠀⠀cream the butter and sugars together until very light and fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.

3⠀⠀once combined, stir in the flour, baking soda, chocolate and ¼ tsp salt.

4⠀⠀scoop 10 equal dollops of the mixture onto the trays.

5⠀⠀bake for 10-12 mins. wait for 5-10 minutes while they cool.
