Target observation

By Singularity

Parahumans of interest

Heroes (by the standards of this world)

Buckshot

Unstable and violent. Apparently a veteran acording to relatively accurate sources. Not an immediate threat to the populace, he does help more than he inconveniences for now. Keep observing, may snap soon and have to be neutralized. He does not have a current method of hurting me and does not seem to have any way to survive most applications of my abilities, but tinkertech may make his threat level higher. I hope he does not snap, despite the problems he is effective.

Bumble

Seems to be a naive kid, very outgoing and charisamtic. Her powers are not particularly dangerous for me and her attitude appears to make her unlikely to be a threat. Her leadership skills are good for a teenager, and her team is well organized most of the time. She has the potential to be a good infuence on the world, hopefully she will not crack under pressure or become too jaded by life. Close observation is not necessary, and as much as I would like to help preserve her current direction I am sure her organization would not approve.

Endstopper

I am aware of the magnitude of power necessary to repell so called Endbringer attacks. A more focused approach would be preferable, but this is effective. His inactivity in other situations is a good thing, any kind of less impactful threat would not justify this level of power, and I doubt he is able to scale it down. Overall I find it unnecessary to track it, the effort would not be worth it. I will attempt collaboration in case of any shared missions, maybe I can help it lower collateral damage, or at least finish the fight faster so there are less chances for it.

Glory Girl

Another teenager, they seems surprisingly common. A very balanced parahuman, does not seem to be unstable or particularly dangerous. Seems popular with the kids. Overall on the right path I don't think she will be a problem. Her powers are not very dangerous for me, and they are not particularly conductive to collateral damage. I worry for her civilian life, her friends don't seem reliable, or real. I hope to be wrong this one time. Observation not necessary.

Hero (the second one supposedly)

I worry for this one. I am not sure what it is exactly but the feeling of instability is very strong in this one, it may be just a strange interaction with her power. Taking up the name and legacy of an old hero must be stressful and being then maimed by the old nemesis of your predecessor must be a very traumatic experience. Her general disposition tends to cause too much collateral damage for my liking and her way of dealing with problems seems subpar most of the time, which I am starting to suspect is on purpouse. I hope she has a more relaxing civilian life to go back to. Close observation necessary, and maybe help with mental health, sadly I don't think she would accept that from me.

Hopeman

A completely artificial being, sadly nowhere near as advanced as it should be. It's limited programming is a pretty big flaw but it's also a very good thing. Because of it's programming it is very unlikely to cause collateral damage and prioritizes saving civilians. A strange conversation with this being prompted me to make this list. No observation needed, I would like to upgrade it, and maybe give it full sentience as a thanks but that may cause more problems than it solves and it's not my field anyway.

Panacea

Unlike her sister she is unstable and dangerous, both as a hero and as a person. I am not sure if her personality is justified, but the result is the same, she needs to be kept in check. Her sister seems to do a pretty good job of it, and the bond they share seems genuine enough, so for now the problem is manageable. Observation is needed to make sure she does not cross any lines better left alone. I fear what could happen if her sister left her or if something happened to her. I am immune to her powers but I don't know the limits of her creations.

Roadrunner

Very new young hero with some strange powers. His abilities seem to be similar to another member but focused on gadgets rather than creatures. He seems eager to prove himself and his creations, maybe too eager, but otherwise seems harless. He needs to learn not to cause too much collateral damage but seems willing to get better. He also seems to be under the protection of another parahuman, it should allow him the time to stand by himself. Observation unneded, someone is already taking care of that.

Scribe

I am not sure about this one. One of the guardian figures for the young generation of heroes, called Wards I believe, and a decent hero himself. Has an eccentric personality and tends to pretend his inventions to be something else, but it's not out of malice or misdirection, very strange. Despite this peculiarity he seems reliable enough. Like others with similar powers to him the threat he poses is unpredictable. Observation not necessary, collaboration possible.

Sorcerer

Another ward, less outgoing than the leader but with unkown potential. Seems to possess a quiet determination, and his unpredictable powers have the potential to go in very dangerous directions. His team and mentor, combined with his personality, should ensure he remains on the right path. Like his leader I would like to help, but regardless of the unlikely possibility I am less worried. Observation unnedded.

Horikiri Takeichi

An old veteran hero, fallen on hard times, and the culprit of my first ever injury. Upon observation I discovered that he is in a worse state than I initially gathared from other sources. Living is a struggle for him, and his powers seem to be rebelling against him. I am unsure how to help him, or if it's even possble to, but having him work in this condition does not seem safe. His powers would make him a formidable foe, or ally, but his current state means he is unlikely to act in either direction. He seems to have a friendly presence in his life lately, hopefully it helps with his condition. Observation not needed, but I should monitor his healt just in case, he is not a threat to me but he could be for himself, better be careful, I don't want a repeat of our first "meeting".

Toymaker

Another member of the team of young parahumans. Her powers are interesting, and they allow her to minimize direct involvement. Despite the appearance her creations are remarkably effective, and for now she has not caused too much collateral damage. Observation not necessary. Study of her creations could be beneficial for human interaction.

Wild Hog

New member of the wards, with unusual appearance. He appears to be relatively peaceful compared to what his looks would suggest. His powers are very offense oriented, they lack variety but they are very good at what they do. Overall a good addition to the wards and surprisingly capable in avoiding collateral damage, his powers can be very precise. Observation not necessary, but I will leave a sensor to listen to his music, it's strangely sooting.

Villains (officially)

Ark

Information is scarce on this subject but what is there is not reassuring. Current inactivity means that avoidance is to be prioritized for the moment. Contingency measures need to be developed, I may need to start experimenting with a different part of my powers. Observation on hold, I need to comfirm his motivations first.

Babel

Unpredictable personality with unpredicatble powers, a very dangerous combination. Normally I would consider people like her a prority target, but my recent interaction with her made me reconsider. She is not incapable of peaceful social interaction, there may be hope for her yet. I am not sure how to proceed however, healing whatever mental illness makes her like this is not my field, and her powers may be interfering with her mind in some way, I don't think it's all simple mental disorders. More data is needed but aquiring it may be difficult. I don't want to create problems for Fractal, but I may not have a choic in the future.

Brand Yamamoto

This parahuman managed to create several different and incomplatible information about himself. Mostly know for a series of high profile murders considered impossible with little to no witnesses he disappeared off the face of the earth suddenly, just as he appeared. Observation would be necessary, but that would require finding him. For now I will keep this file, but it mabe a problem that solves itself.

Cancer

Lack of information seems to be a theme among villains recently. I am operating mostly on rumours, severl murders without apparent connection, no bodies. Whatever this thing is it's dangerous, priority should be on neutralizing it. There is not much to observe, nobody knows it's real form.

Gold Skull

Like there are veteran heroes there are also veteran villains. This individual made quite an impression on the old generations of heroes and civilians, and suddenly reappeared only recently. The reason for his reappearance is uknown, but his threat is real. In case of confrontation I have no need to hold back, I would hate becoming a hypocrite but when dealing with him the amount of collateral damage considered acceptable is significantly higher. I wonder if he can survive in space. Observation not necessary, if he is planning something he will let it be known, it's part of his style.

Miasma

Another veteran, more subtle than others. His powers make him difficult to deal with for the local authorities, however specialized powers would have more effect on him. He seems to be plotting something, his suddedn appearence cannot be explained otherwise. It's difficult to monitor him but obseravtion could prove useful. Not a priority for now but I will not hesitate much if he crosses my path.

Miss Remember

A strange individual. Part of a local gang and previously an independent villain, she appears very young. Her powers are all related to memory manipulation, however my own peculiar nature makes me uncertain of how effective they would be on me. The gang she is a part of is more dangerous than she is and should be dealt with before. I will consider keeping a closer eye on her, but it would be more for information on the gang than for her. The local authorities seem to be prepared for similar threats, so if I do something about her protection they can deal with the rest. I don't like crushing kids.

Mr. Skeltal

A very peculiar villain, or group of villains? These living skeletons thrive in chaos for the sake of it and attempted to steal my core from the endbringer battle, before giving up. From what I understand the original was not there and the copies are relatively disposable. He has a similar power to one of mine, maybe local reality dislikes him too? Not a priority but I will keep helping if I am in the zone when he attacks, distrupring his plans has dubious effects but inaction would lead to more collateral damage.

Nemesis

I have no words for this one. I don't know how you get to this point. She is a copy of Hero I guess, but evil? She does not sound evil, just obsessed. Her actions and goals are in conflict, her plans to reach those goals make no sense, the goals themselves make no sense compared to eachother. I should keep observing her, but she gives me a headache, and I am not supposed to be able to have those.

Pinnacle

Another guided by obsession. Her obsession is worthy opponents and proving her skills. She is oddly honourable about it, to her killing is just part of the duel. Classified as a villain because of her lack of empaty in this regard I am of the opinion that she could be convinced to be less problematic, given the right incentive. Ovservation is difficult, she seems to be able to detect my sensors, so I will keep it to a minimum, I don't know how much she can know from them. Her powers are not particularly useful against me, which would mark me as a worthy opponent if she was aware of it, I would rather avoid it.

Pun-Pun (neutralized)

I was not part of whatever chaos this lizard caused, being in stasis at the time. Apparently it was quite formidable as an opponent and required a creative solution. Said solution was apparently launching it into my backyard. It's still there to this day, I can see it no matter the obstructions. It manages to be annoying even now. Observation forced no matter how much I wish otherwise. I could launch it further into space, but I don't want to risk setting it on a return course in some hundreds of years. At least here I can make sure it does not come back.

Reaper

A very dangerous person with some very strange circumstances. I am unsure how much her power over living beings would affect me, but generally it should never come to that. Everyone she meets seems to hate her, but from an outside perspective it does not make much sense, apart from the very long list of victims she had no reason to kill other than self defence. I may be missing something so I will keep observing her, but this seems more like a problem the "heroes" created for themselves.

The End

There is not much to say about this one. Dangerous in melee range but lacking in ranged options, very resistant to harm but vulnerable to enviromental effects. His brand of evil is violent and on a wim apparently. If I find him I will try to put a stop to him, but I have the feeling I am not the only one and that he will end up killing himself somehow. Observation pending.

Werewolf

A smalltime villain, just an oversized dog. He is annoying and petty, as well as a coward, does not seem to follow any kind of rule as long as it even slightly inconveniences him. Not a priority, his lifestyle does not make him many friends and I am sure he will get himself in some trouble he cannot get out of if given enough time. I am not going to be teaching life lessons to people that would not understand them, if I meet him I may just send him in orbit, but I guess the "heroes" would not be happy about that.

Wraith

A young parahuman making a name for herself in the wrong crowd. Has a fearsome reputation among the population, but her powers have no effect on me, and I would assume many other parahumans. She recently joined a small group of other petty criminals with powers, but her crimes have been without significant victims as of now. Her powers are not adapted for direct combat and multiple or very powerful opponents, and her goals for now seem to be focused on material gains. I will keep observing her, I don't think she will become much of a problem any soon, and if she does neutralization will be very simple.

Colleagues (unaligned)

Ghostboy 2

A peculiar man with what is clearly a persecution complex. I have to admire his determination however, the man is on a mission and he will finish it, whatever that is. His peculiar personality makes it hard to determine what his goal may be, but I would be happy to help exposing corruption and incompetence. Now if only he would stop calling me an alien invader and a sign of the end of times it would make collaboration much easier, I am sure it's all a misuderstanding.

Omnigirl

A new parahuman attempring to do good. Her methods are less than steallar but her powers are very strong. Not too far gone yet and very young, my worry is mostly from the chance of her being influenced by the wrong sources. She interacted with Hopeman a lot because of having similar powers and sources apparently, and was the key part of sending Pun-Pun in orbit, well near orbit I had to adjust the aim. I am willing to cooperate if needed but I am not sure she would even accept.

Sniper

An unfortunate victim of a parahuman villain. Dedicated his life to revenge, not a healty decision but he managed to gain the power he needs for it. I know what it's like to hold a grudge, but I don't know how it must feel to be separated from someone so important. I will offer my aid if he wants it, otherwise I will just let him do his job. Temporary observation in place to attempt a contact, to be revoked afterwards. I will hope for his success.

Civilians (Buisness owners mostly, not in need of observation)

Carl Ridgeton

I have no reason to consider this guy. He is very successful, but has no influence on the hero/villain situation. Observation useless.

Dr. Karnigore

CEO of Umbrella Corp. A very big lizard. The person that subjected me to some very uncomfortable experiments. Her powers allowed her to bring her company to a new level of profit, ever sice then she started hiring more parahumans to speed up research even more. Her goals are mostly profit oriented and she seems to get very close to some lines that are better not to cross, but she is pleasant company. Probably one of the people I have interacted with the most, my awakening was a surprising experience for everyone involved, she attempted to reinforce the walls since then, it did not help. I feel sorry for her, she is subject to so many incidents in transit of her products, I hope she manages to keep going anyway.

Fractal

An interesting person currently employed by Doc Gore, has a very energetic personality, getting exited at strange things and paniking equally as easily. She self proclaimed herself as a sort of mother figure to me, I don't particularly aggree but she has been very friendly and has shown surprising amount of remorse over the experiments. I enjoy spending time with her, I believe this the closest I have to a friend. I don't completely understand her logic sometimes and I think she participates in experiments where the risks far outweight the rewards, but at least I can help when I am around. I cannot be always there to protect her, I may need to make something to ensure her safety, she seems to like augmentics so I could try with that.

The Sky captain crew

A group of parahumans with a giant flying fortress. They seem to be interested in a commercial relationship with Doc Gore. I don't know much about them, but I may get the chance to observe them if they start meeting with the Doc.
