Appearance: Cato wears heavy makeup, especially eye makeup. They generally wear a bow-tie, and rarely, a straw boater.
Home and Haunts: Cato currently lives in the clinic, and frequents the cafe, and the bathhouse.
Occupation: Con-artist. According to them, "A merchant." Is currently helping out at the Clinic at Vex's order.

Personality and Backstory:
Cato is a con-artist who has been roaming the desert for a while. They have a long past, one that's generally painful. They are a substance-abuser.
Once they arrived in town, they were caught by Vex, Veg, and Rohan. They were forced to enter under a contract with Vex, in order to protect their reputation. They aren't a fan of this.
Cato isn't the greatest 'mon. They're a slimy cheat, thief, and trickster. They often put up a mask of being a collected, confident, and charming 'mon. They're vain, colorful, and generally have a fake smile plastered on their face. They do let down the mask if they're feeling especially safe and close with someone.

Relations to Other Characters:
Vex - Generally dislikes. Forced into a contract with him.
Lilith - It's complicated. Had a few flings with her, and was close, but was taken advantage by Lilith (when she wasn't in a right mind) recently.
Mewt - Close. Probably the most genuine they've been with a 'mon in Oasis.
Moka - Close. Seems to really genuinely like her.

Sexuality: Bisexual. Switch, will generally be more sub with male 'mon, and dom with female. Vers.
Equipment: Penis, Tapered with Sheath. Flat-chested with 1 row of non-functional nipples, covered by fur.
